If you find yourself in La Verkin, this is one of the very best places to eat. Their menu is more simple than most places, but... that’s one of the great reasons to eat here. Sandwiches, burgers, salads, and chicken are the specialty. Everything is rusticand on point with decor. They keep it very clean. The staff is quite friendly, they all welcomed us in and said good bye when weleft. I decided to try the flat iron steak sandwich. Loved it. Cooked just right. Give it a shot. You’ll be happy. This restaurant is super cute, rustic, & charming. I dined alone and thought there would be opening at the bar, but that was... full. Everyone was warm, friendly, & attentive. Nicole was my food server. She was excellent! And the food, the food wasdelicious. I was ready to pop open the A1 sauce, but my steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! I really liked this spot. Had some of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I had the stage coach an the wife had mushroom Swiss. They make their... own fries and I am still thinking about them. Top of the line service (except the hostess at the time) as well as top tier quality food. Came here after a long day at Zion... and I can say they made a great new memory while dining. All the bartenders and servers had great personalities and make youfeel at home. The flavors of their food were unmatched and the quality of their meat was some of the best I've had. WOW what a wonderful, awesome place in a beautiful country setting! I REALLY have to give it up to all of the staff there,... everyone CLEARLY had each other's back, great team work and excellent service ???????????? WELL DONE!!! It was just this lastSunday and they were PACKED! Reservation are highly recommended. I took my father there for his 72nd birthday, who almost didnot make it to see his birthday a couple months ago, due to hemorrhaging of the brain. So I really wanted to make it special forhim and HE LOVED IT! He greatly appreciated how the owner came by a couple times to talk with us! The food was excellent, and hecan't wait to go back! We were recommended this place by a Hurricane local on our way through, and we are so glad to have found this place. Stage Coach... is a true steak house, where they take pride on the quality of the meat they serve. They'll let you pick your own steak beforecooking it too! We had their "dinner for two", which came with a huge 2lb+ steak and two salads and sides. Their baconvinegrette, steak fries, and mash potatoes (with gravy!) were all delicious. Of course, the star of the show was the steak wechose ourselves, cooked perfectly to medium rare and topped with a house-made rosemary garlic steak. Aside from the food, thedecor and ambience were all spot-on. We loved the Western styling and cute knick knacks, and watched the staff, from the serversto the general manager, all pulling their weight and getting the food to everybody efficiently. We stopped by the Stage Coach Grille on a Monday evening without reservations and were able to be seated right away. The old... west theme is apparent right away with the saloon style look and the stagecoach out front. The dining area is large withdifferent rooms which helps keep the noise level to a minimum. The service staff was very friendly and responsive to our diningrequests. The food was VERY good. We had the New York strip and the fried zucchini. Tons of parking and easy to find. Prices area little higher than average but a cool atmosphere that feels like you step back in time. Read more
