Worst sandwich shop experience ever! The 3 kids behind the counter were slow moving and unprofessional. We didn?t get the pickle... with our sandwich. We waited a full ten minutes before getting our food, and there was no line. The large sandwich was cutincorrectly; it was cut only once about a third of the way in randomly. Additionally, there was a long blond hair in it from oneof the crew members. We will not be back. Read more

Firehouse Subs make the best subs! BUT the last couple of orders I?ve picked up have not been great. I?ve been getting the wrong... orders. Yesterday I paid $2.50 for avocado and didn?t get it. Ranch dressing was missing in my other sandwich. I think it?s dueto training new employees because I usually go here once a week and lately I?ve seen new people working . I miss the greattaste but since they are pricey and they have not been tasting the same the last 4 times I?ve been there I?m afraid I will haveto stop going for a while. I usually order the Hook & Ladder for my self and the Sweet & Spicy meatloaf for my son. Read more
The 4 kids behind the counter were unproffessional and unnattentive. They handed me a greasy gross bag with meat and cheese... hanging from it and when I asked for a new bag, the little blonde with very short hair acted annoyed and said if she gave meanother one it would be the same way anyways so she wouldn't give me a new one. I didn't really want it in my car because of howmuch grease and food was all over it. I took the nasty bag to my car and thought I should look at the food before I get it home,I checked my sandwich and it was made wrong, when I took it back inside the employees acted like it was no big deal but theygave me my money back but did not offer to remake it or apologize in any way. We live 7 minutes from there and by the time wegot our food home, the boxes were even greasier than the bag! We did not order anything that should have been this greasy.
