If the customer is first in line, let them know if they have to stand there for 8 minutes. I stood there quitely and... wait. Next, payment. sorry we we don't take credit card. As a customer, I will respect that so I pull out $100. "Sorry, wedon't take bill over $50". This is poor service from greeting to payment. This location is very near to my house, which is the main reason I even go there. About 75% of the time, they tell me that the... drink that I always get does not exist. Even after I locate the drink on the menu, they never apologize. The drink containsfresh squeezed orange juice, and several times, their machine hasn't been working. I also find that when they are busy, my drinkisn't thoroughly blended and contains large chunks. It also seems that pleasant interactions with the employees are theexception, rather than the rule.
