Very dissapointing. I ordered the langostino tacos, they were dry, avocado was almost brown, lime wedges were so small you... couldn't even hold them. My husband's meal was a little better, although the chips were all broken and somewhat stale. Themeals werent worth the cost. I come to this Rubio's somewhat regularly. Most of the time the food they are pretty good. They seem to have challenges when... they get busy. I think today was one of those days. I ordered a bowl with steak. Unfortunately, the bowl was less than halffull, but that wasn't the main issue. I've had their steak before, and it's been really good. Today, it was just a bunch oftiny, chewy burnt chunks. I had to pick it all out in order to eat the rest of the bowl. I like Rubio's, I just wish thislocation could get a bit more consistent in their quality control. Read more
Friendly staff, great food. Prices are reasonable for the quality. My girlfriend loved it so much we went back for more a couple... minutes later. We have the three shrimp tacos (x2) and both types of burritos, steak and also the shrimp one. Shrimp burrito hasrice and a really good lightly spicy sauce. Steak burrito has fries and guacamole plus some other great stuff burritos tend tohave. Meals always come with a side of crunchy tortilla chips. They have a mango drink that I would recommend as well. Read more
I live near Rubios in La Verne. I have loved going here/food for years. After a couple of bad experiences I wrote a bad review.... I haven't gone in a while but decided to go get some fish tacos for myself and my son last week. The fish tacos were nothing butbatter hardly any fish in them and I got a classic shrimp burrito too. I opened it up and found four pieces of shrimp inside. Iwill never go back here and I need to find a new fish taco place. Any suggestions?? Such a bummer because I love the taste ofthe food but the quality has gone down and is so poor now!!! Read more
They have excellent food, try their fish tacos and they have an assortment of delicious burritos. Mahi mahi and Alaskan burritos... are our favorite. Plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio. They do serve beer if you are eating there. Read more

I am a frequent vistor to this store. Very disapointed today having ordered a Catertering order ( over $200 plus tip ) and... asking twice if everthing was in the bags . The response was a casual yes ! got back to office to feed 10 people and nototillas. Called store (placed on hold) very indifferent attitude and I drove back to get them. By the time I returned meat wascold on caterting order. I love the food but today the helpfulness and attitude was terrible. DO Better !! Read more
