Been 4 or 5 years since I've gave Chili's a chance, my last experience was not great, this one let me know to write them off... for good. Chipotle and Qdoba have better food which is kidna sad for Chili's. $10.39 for the saddest nachos I've ever seen, itwas 12 chips, that tasted like they were thrown in the microwave with a little cheese on them, a spoon of lettuce and a spoon ofsoup cream, for 11 dollars! The Fajitas my wife had were salty to the point it was hard to eat, the veggies were like mush,no doubt old or frozen than microwaved. I had a Chipotle chicken bowl, not sure what kind of chicken they are using but it'svery artificial tasting, if it's real chicken it's been pressed together and formed to look like a chicken breast it's verysmooth and fake looking. Kind of felt bad for the employees because no way they can stay in business with food like this. Theyjust opened this location so I was hoping it had some new life and fresh feel to it, unfortunately it felt like a dying chainserving subpar food at prices you can get better food for. Read more
Most restaurants are having trouble with speed of service coming out of the pandemic, and I appreciate that. This Chili's is... having a harder time than most. The food is quality and what you expect, the timing is not even with few folks in therestaurant. You will get what you want, but do be patient. Read more
The new building is very nice. This Double Bacon BBQ burger was very good. I'm gluten free and I wish Chili's would add gluten... free buns. But as they haven't, I had this without a bun (and without cheese). The kitchen didn't put the BBQ sauce or onion onit but the server grabbed them for me. Read more
Liking the new look!! Giving it a 4 star because parking sucks!! Plus when we went in many tables weren?t clean. Food was warm &... tasty ????. Service was okay could improve. It will be nice when they can open up the garage doors. Read more
First time to a Chili?s in a long time, too long to accurately recall. However, we were pleased with the speed of the service,... more than sufficient portion sizes, and very reasonable prices. I will certainly make more return visits to Chili?s in thefuture! Read more
Chili's- still serving all the dishes you love. I went in and placed an order to go. The server at the to-go counter was really... friendly. Good food as usual. I would recommend ordering ahead if that works for you - it will definitely save you some time. Read more
Stopped by for lunch & tried the lunch shrimp fajitas. It is a sizzling platter but mine came out super hot & still cooking so... half of my rice & veggies were burnt & stuck to the platter. What wasn?t burnt was good & they have a decent size that filled meup. The waitress was very friendly. Read more
