Tried walking in to place an order, the guy didn't ask me if I was placing an order or picking up, just straight up asked me... "what's the name on the order" I said I didn't place one yet, that's what I'm here to do. He started looking at the PILE oforders on the shelf (not a warmer, an open shelf) and I said again, no no no, I'm placing an order, and he just walked away. Isat there for 5 minutes, and walked out. I decided to order online for carryout and the estimated time for pickup was 654-704.6-8 people behind the counter and you mean to tell me it takes an hour to make a pizza? Placed the online order at 601, got anotification at 654 that it was being put in the oven. It took you an hour to put chicken, cheese, Buffalo sauce, and some redpeppers on some dough and put it in the oven? Read more
Tried to order pizza at 6:30. Didn?t tell me it was 90-100 minutes after I had paid. Called an hour in because no updates were... made to the online tracker, said it would be another 15-30 minutes. 45 minutes after that phone call, no updates still. Calledagain and someone else said it would still be an hour at least. 3 hours for 3 pizzas? Insanity. Cancelled the order. Do notrecommend on a weekend night for sure. Read more
Food was good. However the placeing the order and picking up was kind of bad.. We tried to place the order online and it would... not take our credit card or debit card with a coupon that we had. So we called the store and got a call center which took theorder and said that it would be done in 15 to 10 Minutes. When I got there they said it'd be another 30 minutes. I went in afterthat and told it was another 20 minutes. I know that businesses are understaffed and it's hard to find work but an hour and 20minutes for pizza seems to be a little ridiculous. The people working were working hard and were pleasant to talk to. Thefrustrating part was the call center. Please pass this along to your call center people. Read more
Placed order estimated time was 1 hour 15 min. Arrived at store to be told it would be another hour as they were busy and backed... up. Staff was courteous and offered to cancel order which I did. Domino's make a better estimated time for specific storesinstead of a generic estimation! Read more
I always order Domino's and when I'm in Omaha I like going to this place for the drive thru pickup but I just can't go here... anymore. Not only is the quality of the food worse than other locations but the last few times I've ordered pickup here I'vewaited 1.5 hours after I had ordered. It's ridiculous and I can easily save that time and order to a different location. LoveDomino's but with that long of a wait I could have gone in and out of a restaurant. Read more
This our Domino?s go to! They?re having really great pick up deals and we decided to give it a go! We ordered a super... pepperoni, extravaganza, Wisconsin cheese, and a veggie pizza. Everything came out fantastic. We loved the Brooklyn style crust! I highly recommend it. The staff was very courteous and everyone was working diligently. The facility was clean and it seemedkept up pretty well. Overall, I was satisfied and I would definitely return. This Domino?s is definitely recommended! Read more
First, don't order wings at Domino's. It's a pizza place not a wings joint. So, I'm not sure why anyone would ever order the... wings here and have anything other than the lowest possible expectations for them. It's Domino's, so stick to the pizza. Pizzais okay. It's Domino's - a nationwide chain of inexpensive pizza. It's not the local wood-fired brick oven artisan pizzeria, sodon't try and compare it to one. It's where you go when you need to feed a lot of people an agreeable entrée for a reasonableprice. We keep it super simple here. Our kid loves their Garlic Bread Twists. So, we order them via the app and then swing byto get them. It's cheap, quick, and we've never had any issues. Employees are friendly and the kitchen looks clean. Read more
This store is seriously short handed if it takes over an hour to deliver a pizza. I ordered at 6:29pm it's now 8:27pm. I... understand Friday is a busy night but 2 hours to get my pizza cooked and then waiting on the delivery time is gonna be forever. Read more
