Nice building and atmosphere but the younger generation of employees could use a little more training as to pay more attention... when to remove appetizer plates and to get refills on drinks. Not just walk around and look pretty! Overall the food was goodand the manager came and apologized for the service we received. Read more
Had a great time, food was good and the waitresses are always kind. As we first walked in about four of the Hooters girls... greeted us in the doorway. It was my birthday so everybody joined in on their song. Merch is fine, however I miss the playingcards. Highly recommend, would go there again. Read more
The waitresses are poorly trained airheads. Be prepared to repeat your order several times. Food quality is consistently good... but pricey. Managers are sharp but never stay long. Training dense immature waitresses must take a toll on their patience. Newpeople almost monthly. Read more
Today was my BF Birthday so we decided to head to Hooters for lunch. The breaded wings and shrimp were good, but the tater tots... wasn't cooked long enough and they were cold. The host was Awesome. The manager also gave us our 10 wingz for free since it wasmy BF birthday. Read more
Sad. Waitress only took order & dropped food. She didn?t check back in we had to have 2 waitresses fix our missing items & ask... for drinks. Manager was standing at bar on his cell phone playing for 20 min. Waitresses disappeared for 15? Min all together inback. Guess you can?t expect servers to provide good service when the manager isn?t doing anything or being helpful. 3rd timewith issues in the last 6 months. Keep thinking maybe the service will get better, if we didn?t like the food we would not evercome back. Kitchen made good food, timely, correct per what order was put in as. Myself, my husband, & my brother enjoyed going to Hooters because we enjoyed their wings. We decided to go there to eat Easter... Sunday. BIG MISTAKE!! There were a few guys sitting at the bar, 2 couples walked in behind us. There were people in thekitchen, only 1 waitress, 1 bartender. The 1 waitress seated us at a booth by the windows saying someone would be with us totake our order. A few minutes later another waitress came to our table. She was definitely NOT HAPPY ???? being at work thatEaster Sunday. She took our drink orders. Came back with drinks, then took our food orders. She decided to let us know whyshe was not happy to be hear. She had 2 little ones at home who didn't have an Easter because their mom had to work, sherequested the day off because she has children but people who don't have children got it off.??????? The food arrived and all ofour wings looked like they had been made ahead of time, the sauce was just sitting on top. It wasn't even baked into thechicken wing. They were dry, over cooked. The best part of the 3 items we ordered were the fries, then the soda & last thewings. Horrible. I went to wash my hands in the ladies room. OMGosh!! There was paper everywhere. Disgusting. I went back tothe table. We were trying to figure out our bills. 2 people on 1 bill, one person on the other bill. We could not believe oureyes. Our 2 person bill was $52.60 ???? We each had a soda $3.19, fries $4.99, 10 wings $15.49(two 30.98) w/tax is $52.60 beforethe tip. 1 person bill was $37.27. Soda $3.19, fries $4.99, 20 wings $26.49 w/tax before tip $37.27. The total on both bills was$89.87 + $18 tip = $107. ???? I would have preferred Texas Roadhouse. Two people ate there 1week ago before 5p. Our bill was$24.35 + $5 tip. I had a 6oz sirloin steak. The 3 of us said that was our last time at Hooters. In fact, we think they willprice themselves out of business . Read more
This place will go out of business if they don't change things. There are no prices on the menu! No prices on ANY items. You... don't realize a pint of beer is between $7.50 and $8.50 until you get your bill. And the portions are pathetic. The small shrimppile in the photo cost $13. I tipped my pint glass upside down and it literally covered the entire pile. No I didn't eat anybefore taking the photo. That's exactly the way they sent it out. 25 minutes after ordering 12 wings I was still waiting forthem. I paid for my two drinks and left for somewhere better. Anywhere is better than this place to be honest. The staff wasgreat. Very pleasant with customers. They seem to make this a friendly environment. I give them, not the food, five stars. Read more
