I came in during lunch. The young man at the counter took my order. The price seemed a bit high but I chalked it up to... inflation. When he gave me 3 cups for a meal and a happy meal I questioned him. The manager came over due to a languagebarrier and took care of the problem. Been becoming less and less impressed with any McDonald's visited over the past couple of years. Food has definitely gone... downhill and they always seem like a mess at any store I visit. Not dirty, just unorganized. Read more
The manager Juan, instead of doing his job and helping his employees, is only talking in the dining room with his friends and... employees who are friends of his, who touch the food without washing their hands and are not in hours of work. I hope that thecorporation is more careful with this type of workers who, apart from everything, make customers uncomfortable. Pathetic Read more
Please update your hours for the weekends, they are inaccurate. 10/29 you were closed with all lights off before 1am on... Saturday. Just update accurate hours so I don't drive across town expecting you to be open. This is a disservice to yourcustomers. Read more
google says they close at 12AM on saturdays, pull up and they?re closed at 11:40PM in there cleaning up. if i closed a store... early when i worked fast food, i?d be fired. Read more
I took the day off so I decided to come to McDonald?s for breakfast. I ordered a large coffee, a large diet Dr Pepper, and a... couple of breakfast burritos. I ordered through the app inside the dining room. It was very convenient and it was the fastestway to do it. After I ordered my food was given to me in less than five minutes. The food was very fresh and nice and warm.Everything tasted really good. I originally ordered to go but I decided to eat inside. They packed plenty of condiments andnapkins for me which I was very happy about that I did not have to ask for them. My coffee tasted great as always. It wasdefinitely made fresh. The dining room was on immaculate order. It was very clean and I did not see a mess anywhere or debris?son any table. The building looked very modernized and up-to-date as well. The staff was very friendly. When the employee gave memy food she said thank you please come back again and let us know if you need anything. I thought that that was very nice ofher. I spent about 10 minutes eating my food and I must?ve seen well over 25 cars go through the drive-through. Not once was thedrive- through packed or backed up. It looked like the staff was doing very well keeping up with the traffic flow. Thegentleman working the window was very polite to all his customers. He was greeting everybody very kindly and professionally.Overall this McDonald?s location is my favorite. Are yet to be disappointed or seeing something that I didn?t feel good about.Give them a shot it?s never disappointing here and you leave feeling you got a good value. Read more
We usually have really good experiences with McDonald's. However, we did not today. First off, it took more than 30 minutes to... get our food and then it wasn't right. I picked the pickles off and she ate it anyway. However, about halfway through theburger, she looked at it and it was pink inside. Not just slightly pink, either. It was way under cooked. Not just mydaughter's, but my grandson's burger as well. So much so he wouldn't even finish eating it. To say it was disappointing is anunderstatement. I will go back and try them again. Came in at 1040pm, so yes close to close as I assume they close at 11pm. But that to me, is no excuse to give out bad food. Food... was cold, seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. As the fries looked old, which is very disappointing because thefries one of the main reasons I visit. The burgers were cold and had barely any condiments on them. This is why I stick to goingto the other mcdonals. I only went to this one because of convenience as it was on my way home. Also as I was ordering my food,the guy at the speaker made some weird noise after he told me to pull forward, barely even talked. Seemed like he was mockingme.
