Absolutely horrible experience with manager named Sada or how ever you spell it she missed all of the order and then proceeded... to be rude in drive Thur window Blamed crew members for attitude and mistakes and trying to convince us that it wasn?t her faultbut if your running the food as a manager it?s your job point blank and the fact I spent $60 on food and my husband and I don?tget to eat is ridiculous! I am a grub hub driver been in the store over 7 minutes waiting on someone?s food. No one greets me, see how I am doing, if I... placed an online order, or if I?ve been helped. Terrible customer service skills. No greets or acknowledgement from your workerswithout being called out what?s so ever! Even Jimmy John?s greets all customers upon entering their establishment! If I could give this store zero stars I would. Ordered a 5 piece spicy tender box combo and only received the five tenders and... drink. The tenders were old and dried out like shoe leather. The drink was spilled all over the side of the cup. Also ordered apopcorn shrimp combo which was correct but when I looked at the receipt it only showed the 5 piece tender combo for 11.97. Butthen looked at my bank account was charged 20.45. Also received wrong dipping sauce. I will not be returning to this store. Read more
This was my place to go to, for chicken. I actually read some of the reviews, on here, before leaving mine. The spicy chicken... sandwich, has always been BIG! Not today! I got the spicy chicken sandwich, fries and shrimp. Everything is now smallerportion. I actually asked them about it. They said yes, everything is smaller now. Went to order two so called large containers, 1 being red beans and 2nd being rice? That looks like .50 cents, worth of rice and... the guy disabled after I went in said yeah that?s how we fill it half way! I said you better fill it to the top or I want mymoney back! Little gremlin looking guy complied but he acted like it was coming out of his paycheck!to only give me a individualto make up for his child like scoops! What a worthless crew no respect just 4 people mutterering words that I couldn?t make outas I leave with the rice ???? I paid for ????! My 3 piece spicy chicken meal was very dry. My wife's chicken sandwich was also dry. Both meals tasted old and overcooked. My... strawberry Fanta was like carbonated water. Undrinkable. My daughter ordered the shrimp and it was also old and dry and a verysmall portion. Overall just a bad experience. The mashed potatoes were decent so you get 2 stars. Read more
Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Inside seating is very limited (small) but wasn't busy when I went. Food was fresh... but the chicken serving size was also small. Popeyes has great tasting chicken and sides. Overall I would recommend it...especially if you love chicken. Read more
A week ago, I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal. Girl wasn?t rude but no customer service skills. Didn?t say one... word to me. Food was great! Why hadn?t I tried this before?! Today I went thru drive thru, they weren?t busy at all. Guy takingmy order talked to me in the most exasperated way! Like I was bothering him!
