Went to eat, was told to wait because they needed to get lunch out. Came back, dining was closed with workers inside. Multiple... cars came to also eat and they still didn't open doors althoughit said open, nor did they communicate with any of the customers.Lost alot of buisness. Read more
It's sad coming here anymore. Everything's mono tone no hi how are ya how's your day it's like zombies working here foods... mediocre management isn't worth a darn and you get parked for them to make a large iced coffee at 7:30am on a sat so there timeslook God while their customer service lacks well hopefully the fix it or shut it down because this is ridiculous Read more
We had to make an emergency stop. They had everything we needed. The bathrooms were immaculate! The staff were courteous and... directed us to the items we needed. They were also discrete while helping us with our situation. Read more
I had a medical procedure done today where I had to starve myself for a period of time, so I was very hungry and simply wanted a... Wendy's burger with a choco frosty...and I got exactly that. They also said their system was down so gave it to me at no cost,which was very gracious of them. The food was delicious all the way around...normally I'm not the hugest fan of Wendy's friesbut today they were spectacular. Read more
Ordering our food the person was very passive. Then when we went to pay they held on to the card and almost didn't give it back.... We did not receive a receipt. They also for got one of the drinks and because the lobby is close we would have had to wait inthe long line that formed quickly behind us. Needless to say we are boycotting Wendy's for awhile... Received wrong order even though they were able to say it exactly as I had ordered. Their order screen is broken in t drive-thru... and there was quiet the wait time after I had ordered. Staff was ok, just like the bare minimum of speaking, not help orgreetings just held their hand out for the money. Store could also could use a good remodeling, done of the fixtures are prettydated. I just ordered a chicken sandwich for pick up. I collected my order and came home to see some beef burger or some other meat in... it. Beef is banned in my religion and if I had not opened the buns to check inside, I would have hated myself for the rest of mylife. Horrible service!! If you are not sensitive about others food diet, please close down. Shame on you! Read more
