I wish I could give this zero stars. Tonight me and my wife went to Burger King and order 5 sandwiches in total we get our food... and the fries are old so we ask can we get fresh fries and the girl at the window slammed the windows manager wasn't any betterand started rolling her eyes. Opens the window and demands for the old fries back which wasn't a problem they were old and soggy Than we check the rest of our food we were missing 2 burgers and an ice cream cone so we told them and they came to the windowrudely and demanded for receipt so we gave it to them and they made our order but gave me 2 plan cheese burgers and kept ourreceipt at this point we aren?t sure if we want to eat the food with the nasty service we received $29 went to waste Read more
their customer service skills are really bad they are just plain rude. i also work in fast food and there is no excuse for their... attitudes. even the managers don?t know how to treat others. Read more
Customer service is bland and needs plenty of work. Ordered multiple items and one is missing. Ghost pepper sandwich did not... have all items on it. Also did not have the bun, just a whopper with jalepenos. I've worked in fast food and restaurants for along time. Do not send out food that is not completed. Regardless if it takes longer or not. People would rather receive thecorrect order then the wrong one. Read more
The new Royal Crispy chicken sandwich was awesome..great employees,very friendly. Will happily eat here again.
I ordered something that shouldn't take long and it takes them 20 min to cook and more embarrassing they tell customers to wait... till they call them to the next window to improve their service time and it's so embarrassing to watch this something or someoneat this location either needs to change or improve cause this might be my last visit so sad the burger was barely warm the frieswere cold burnt I can tell nothing was fresh or made recently Read more

I feel like this is the worst Burger King anywhere. Manager and staff are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They care... very little about customers or there orders. And care more about faking there drive thru times by asking customers not to pullup to rhe window or asking them to pull away and park when no one is in line behind them. It's obvious why the do it. Absolutelyridiculous time for new management or hire new people, unless you want to train them better. Read more
