They don't hurry up with the pizza
Horrible service. I have ordered from here twice. The first time the delivery was almost 2 hours for one pizza , I spoke with... the manager a lady who was very nice and allowed me to pick up the order in store without a fuss. I ordered again and a managerby the name of Peter was extremely unprofessional after I called and stated that the pizza has been in prep for over an hour onthe tracker and if it was possible to go in and pick it up. He stated that I would have to cancel the order and wait 5 businessdays for a refund and then I had to place another order for carry out. This means I had to pay $45 for one pizza. Or I couldwait until they decide to work and put my pizza to bake and have my pizza delivered. He was very rude and condescending.weunderstand everyone is understaffed but do a better job in who you hire. Everything is inflated in this world and we just needpeople to be helpful and kind. First time ordering from here and it will be my last. The whole process after I placed my order online took 1.5 hours until I... actually received it and I was disappointed with my order. Usually Dominos that I?ve ordered from in the past are quick, have myorder how I like it and update the tracker which makes it easy for me to see the process. My extra cheese pizza looked normaland both my pizzas were cut like they were in a rush and with no effort (crooked and not all the way through). When I calledthe store they explained how they were backed up. Maybe they had a lot of orders, maybe they were rushing for delivery ordersand didn?t do a great job with the quality. Pretty good service and wait times only bad part is the app says they don't do deliveries from this location
Good food but delivery charge of 4 bucks plus a tip for the driver makes a medium 1 topping nearly 20 bucks.. Guess I'll drive... the 1.1 miles to get it next time . Read more
Very disrespectful rude my chicken was soggy my salad was already open but I called to let them know and they're very rude about... it and the manager name is Michelle but Peter is the one that answered the phone they told me that they can make my food overbut make sure I bring the old food back which was very funny to me..
