this is hands down the best Dunkin in the area. Nice employees, friendly when there is a mistake and they fix it right away with... no issue. At least in the morning. I will say as a Dunkin employee visiting this afternoon I was quite surprised. I pulled upto the drive through and asked for a frozen coffee. I was told ?sorry my frozen machine is down ?. It?s um getting cleaned? withlaughter and I could hear laughter in the backround. Maybe they have a different machine then I do? But I?m positive that itdoes not take long to rinse the frozen coffee machine cup and wipe it down quickly. I also know that it?s a simple button toturn the machine back on if it was turned off? Maybe someone was having a rough day and just didn?t want to make a frozencoffee, I don?t know why? Then when I ordered another drink I had to repeat myself four times. I attached a picture of a frozencoffee machine, in case the young employees forgot how it worked, I?m happy to help :) The coffee that I ended up gettingtasted great so I?ll give them points for that! I love this Dunkin's. It's very clean and the staff is polite and fast. They've never gotten an order wrong. I really like it... here! There are tables outside and it's fun to sit and watch the traffic go by. Great job to the staff. They are so busy allthe time and they get orders right! Read more
I was passing through the area and decided to grab coffee and breakfast here. It was around 10:15 on Saturday. It definitely had... people coming in and out but wasn?t terribly busy. The cashier was really nice and even asked me how much of the cream and suchI wanted in my coffee which I appreciated. My drink was already made and given to me by the time I was paying. I got a wake upwrap which also took less than a minute to receive and i enjoyed it. Overall had a good experience. Read more
No issues what so ever. Drinks were made perfectly. Store needs a good cleaning though.
