I order pizzas all the time from 75 bridge st labelle fl 33935 location. The rudest unproffesional employee at that location... is jessica. The only time I ever have to wait 30 mins for a pizza is when shes working and takes my order. one time i asked forcookies for the 2 lil kids in my cab at that moment and she refused to give me the cookies. She told me to take $1 to the storenext door and buy a big pack for myself. ummm the cookies werent for me they were for the 2 screaming young babies in my backseat. Most times when that same employee is working the store business phone is taken off the hook because they dont want topick up the phone for orders I can say that all the other employess at that location are very friendly and very proffessional.Pizzas are done within 10 to 15 mins and always a service with a smile. Employee closed store near 9:00PM. There was no emergency or note on the door. It was just a loser employee betraying the... business owners trust and professional requirements. Attached a picture as proof to make sure the owners are not lied to. Weleft our home at 9:00PM, on 04/13/2021, drove for TWENTY LONG MINUTES specifically to purchase food, from Labelle LittleCaesars. We made this drive special because a family member is sick and asked for this pizza to feel better. Before driving for40 minutes total drive time we used the internet and confirmed this Little Caesars location closes at 10:00PM. When pulling intothe Little Caesars parking lot around 9:20PM the buildings lights seemed dim. The front doors welcome mat was already twistedupside down as if cleaned already even earlier closer to 9:00PM. You can see it in the picture attached. I went to open thedoor, because the business hours are 10:00PM... and it's 9:20PM... and the Labelle Little Caesars front entrance door was lockedand not opening, during business hours. Inside a female employee with dark hair appeared to notice someone at the front door,during known business hours, and appeared to hide. I could see her though. Other customers arriving during open business hourswere also upset, not able to complete a sale, and left. I am going now to post this review of Little Caesars Labelle Florida onevery possible public website, including the picture proving it happened, and a video. Tomorrow morning I am calling corporateand reporting this franchises recurring problem of degenerate employees unable to represent the compliance standards of thefranchise agreement, which Little Caesars firmly requires. If an employee is that comfortable behaving that bad with trust andscheduling (no likely the first time) can you imagine other things that manager/employee is probably doing bad?
