It takes me about 25 minutes to get to Belle Glade so i decided to order online. Just enough time to drive to the location and... my pizza be ready. Once i arrived no one greeted me and i see a girl out of uniform in a tank top, shorts, and sandals makingthe pizzas in the back. I was concerned since she was the only one out of uniform in the building. I had a few people thennotice me and ask about my order which no one seemed to be aware of. I let them know i ordered online and the girl in the tanktop then proceeds to have attitude with me telling me she called me about my order but that i hung up on her. Clearly on my calllist there was no phone call and why would i hang up on someone that i ordered from. Obviously a lie so that she wouldn?t haveto make our order. At this point she was starting to argue with me about the order so i just told her to forget about it. In theend im glad i never paid for the order online on top of her not wearing gloves making the pizzas. It must be a night shiftproblem, and i wish i would have known her name. Read more
Ok I held off giving them a review the first few times with being new and all that. Sadly as nice as the lady working there was,... my pizza looked NOTHING LIKE ITS ADVERTISED. They have a big promo ad for the shaqaroni,OK I'll have that. No you won't. Thepizza I got looks like every other pizza they make. Wasn't terrible but it also wasn't what I ordered. Pizza is great and tasty! Delivery time is ok, could be better but lets remember that these are hard time for all businesses and... everyone is experiencing staff shortages. Love the Papa Rewards! Literally received a free large pizza with the rewards! Read more
I would like to start by saying that I have been a fan of Papa John's pizza since I was a child, so this experience was quite... disappointing. I placed an order before 5pm today and did not receive it until an hour and 50 minutes later. Prior to receivingthe pizza, the "Papa Tracker" stated that my pizza was delivered, so I called the store to report the fact that the pizza waslikely misdelivered. I was told that the tracker did not work. Why would you have a tracker available that doesn't work? I feellike that's something that should have been fixed long ago. So I asked management for an estimate. He could not give me anestimated time of arrival for my pizza. All I got was excuses about the number of orders they had to fill. Ok. I get you'rehaving a hard time keeping up with orders but at least give me an estimate if you know the tracker is not functional. Call thedriver and call me back. Something! So the pizza finally arrives... and it's not even hot. It took so long from creation to getto my door, it was lukewarm at best. If I had not paid in advance, I would not have tipped the driver (although I don't believethis was entirely his fault), so he should be happy I tipped in advance. I paid a lot of money for my food to get this poordelivery service. Based on this experience I don't recommend this establishment for your pizza needs. It's too much money forsubstandard service.
