worst customer service, very unprofessional. i waited 45 minutes for 10 chicken legs. on top of that, whenever i did end up... getting my food, we didn?t get the sides we ordered, they decided to fill the bag up with rice & didn?t bother to tell us. theythought they?d get away with it, but i check my bags. it should be first comes, first serves. they didn?t even want to make usmac & cheese or fries cause they had 10 minutes left. ???? I ordered dark chicken and was given mixed. I asked for a correction..dark piece (drumstick) ..and was given the last one they... had which was very small (smaller than some drumstick wings I've had). The clerk took my credit card, rang up my order and gaveme a receipt.. Then the clerk stood there and looked at me and was about to take the order from the person behind me. I hadto ask him if he was going to give me my credit card back. I paid $8 for this. The biscuit was a hard and didn't taste right.. The only saving grace for this was the clerk who volunteered to provide umbrella coverage for me to my car as it was rainingvery hard. Read more
I always stop in when I'm going fishings this was not good at all the chicken was over cooked and my coleslaw tasted spoiled and... the mash potatoes didn't have enough gravy it didn't have no seasoning taste that Popeyes is known for highly disappointed I ama former Assistant Manager for Popeyes and know what the standard of the chicken should be someone needs to be retrained on howto batter the chicken the cook time, someone needs to be retrained on the hold time for the coleslaw and mashed potatoes theonly thing I enjoyed was the biscuits but no butter or jelly was offered Read more
