The ingredients in the sandwiches were not fresh. I ordered a Philly cheese sub and when I opened it, I thought it was all... bread. High price for very little meat and cheese. Never again will I get food from this establishment. I shouldn't even givethem a star. Read more
When they opened up they were great but now the sandwich always taste old and staff isn't the most welcoming
Please be aware of what you guys are eating. I just went here today and watched a cockroach run across my sub paper being... wrapped. Looked on the floor and noticed there were dead roaches everywhere and cockroaches crawling in the cookie display. Inabsolute disbelief and disgust since I eat here all the time. This Subway in LaBelle is the best Subway I've been to. The ingredients are fresh. The people there really care about the... sandwiches they make. They pay attention to all your requests and are very friendly from beginning to end. Keep up the greatwork. We'll be back in a couple of weeks. Read more
This location does not participate in corporate promotions. When I ordered online, sub was not even started when I arrived at... the designated time. Lobby was flooded with customers with only 2 people behind the counter. Poor management. I feel sosorry for those young girls dealing with the 20 people standing in line to place order. Read more
I used the drive-thru, which is a new option for this new location. They recently moved from a smaller location at the nearby... strip mall (which features a Beef O'Brady's, Goodwill, Save-A-Lot, Dollar Tree, and Dunkin Donuts). It's an improvement. Theydidn't have this option before. The grounds and facility were all clean, spare, and well-maintained, but they're new, so timewill reveal whether that's a matter of practices or just the newness of the establishment. The order-taking process isautomated, which is efficient, if obviously lacking a human touch. Just touch your desired options, endure around fiveirritating attempts at upselling, and you'll have an order processed as you placed it with the only person to blame for mistakeson the ticket being yourself... Or so it would seem. The sandwich that I received was clean and relatively light on toppingsthat I requested, including the olives and jalapenos that I asked extra of, but the balance of flavors was decent. My issuewith the experience came from payment. I was quoted a price noticeably cheaper at the ordering kiosk than I was charged at thewindow, which was pretty irritating. When I brought this up to an employee, all I was told was "That's just the way it is". Iguess so. In the end, the price here winds up higher than Abbie's, a local establishment offering superior quality, and theservice is simply okay. The product was fine. Without Publix and Abbie's nearby for comparison, I'm sure this establishmentwould be considered good. However, its quality lags in comparison for an unjustifiably high price, and if their attituderegarding misleading people on prices is any indication, they're unapologetic about any shortcomings they have or dishonestythey engage in. I love subway and the staff is pretty nice. Lots of options on what you'd like on your sandwich. It's always clean when i come... in and so are the bathrooms. They have a good selection of chips to go with your sandwich. I enjoy the cookies as well. Read more
