Called from Lunenburg Nova Scotia to get tools for a crew we have working up there. Staff was more than helpful and went out of... their way to make sure we had what we needed. Picking up the items was even better. Locally our CTR has left a bad taste, wishwe had your attitude and staff here! Read more

I asked an employee where the Garden Centre is located. I was directed to go to customer service to the front of the store. I... do not know why the employee could not communicate to use the exit that was behind him. Employees should be able to assistcustomers in the correct direction without directing them to go to customer service for direction. On a positive note, thestore is well stocked and clean.
