Came with my family and was met with daggering eyes and bad service. Weirdly enough all the other customers who happen to be... white were getting laughs and smiles from our waiter. Another weird detail was that all the cakes and tarts we ordered weregiven to us in a rather normal plate, they had forgotten one of our orders (since our waiter wanted to rush our orders) andprepared as if it was for the other customers. Weirdly enough that late cake was brought on a fancy plate with decorations andsuch. Almost as if they were intentionally giving us the lesser options of plating. Unbeatable views from the moment you enter the bistro up to the moment the whole lake opens up to you as you luckily get a seat... on their balcony. Although the employees were very pleasant, the service was just ok. The food, although a little on thepricey side was very appreciated. We were however disappointed on how crispy dry the french fries turned out. All and all,this place definitely deserves another visit. Read more

Le loch was a quaint place, with a beautiful view and fantastic food. We enjoyed a bottle of wine and a few cocktails, and were... so warmly welcomed by the staff. We had a great time, and will definitely come back to this hidden gem in the Laurentians. Read more

We love visiting Elysium sur le lac and this was our first visit since the resto opened. My mother in law said she had a bad... experience but that was when it first opened so I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt since it was a while since thatplus the review looked good. Gorgeous spot of course but the food and especially for the price horrific. Only the fries weregood.....the fish in the fish and chips was horrible - thick breaded heavy and horrible, even my 7 year old who will eat fishand chips anywhere wouldn\'t eat it. I would highly recommend this to anyone on vacation around Lac Supérieur. The setting is beautiful (2 meters from the water),... the food is very tasty and the service is really friendly, especially the waiter Benoit. Also the prices are fair. Thumbs up! Read more

Absolutely beautiful views of the lake from this little Bistro.\nWe were greeted by the chef and a lovely server who tried her... best to explain the menu to us in English. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Definitely recommended. Read more
