Consistently slow service. Drive through line wraps around the building and out to the street. 3rd and last time going here.... After waiting forever. Get home only to find undercooked and cold crinkle fries and cold sandwiches with little or no sauce(both sandwiches are supposed to come with sauce, not the classic Arby's sandwiches)in foil bags. Had to pull aside and waitover 10 ADDITIONAL minutes for the strawberry pies.. Read more
The fries were cold and soggy. The lobby is now closed, again. The young lady who was working the window was initially nice and... then turned rude when I asked for a couple more sauce packets. She literally threw them in the bag and when I went to say thanksshe slid the window closed mid sentence. If there was another Arby's close by, they would have all of my business. Read more
Customer service was good, but they didn't get everything in our order. When they fixed it, the food wasn't fresh, it was pretty... stale. The sandwiches were squished and the fries were old. They were really nice though. Read more
I ordered a 2 for $7 beef n chedder. When I got up to the window she said I'm sorry we just now realized were out of the red... sauce we put on it. Do you still want one? One of the best things that make that sandwich is that sauce Also they've been out ofice for 3 weeks. Now she said I can have light ice. Bad management!! Read more
This location is always on point! They do take a little longer than a normal drive-thru but that is because everything is made... to order. The fries, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers are always hot and fresh. The roast beef sandwiches are always hotand juicy. This is the only Arby's location I eat at because I know I am always going to get quality food. Read more
Great staff, awesome food. I really enjoyed the orange creme milkshake. The fries were nice and crisp with flavor. Enjoyed the... sauce that the had. The floors, tables and countertops were very clean. This was the first Arby's that I have been to. I wouldrecommend this Arby's to anyone who is hungry. Read more
Incredibly disappointed. Saving grace was the delightful young man at the window who is stuck working for this company in this... horrendous post pandemic world. The Greek gyro was disgusting. Full of lettuce. Barely any meat. Took four bites before I got abite of meat. Incredibly dry. The french fries were unsalted and cold. And in order to get cheddar sauce for my fries I would berequired to pay 60 cents for a cup of cheddar that is less than one half of the way filled up. A total and despicable ripoff.The food has gotten incredibly disappointing. The young man at the window was good but the other employees who came up behindhim looked as though they were dead people walking. I had quit going to Arby's quite some time ago, but decided to give itanother chance because things can't be that bad that consistently for that long. I was mistaken, they are. Read more
Drive through only, no dine-in, with a 20 minute wait time and that was just to get up to the ordering screen. Shake machine... was broken. Employees were awesome! Food was fresh and tasted great. Read more
