I ordered a whopper Jr meal with cheese through the drive thru. I live 3 minutes away from this location, when I got my fries... were cold and hard, my whopper Jr looked like a kids meal cheeseburger thst was also cold and the cheese and bun were so hard.The bun was so hard i couldn't even eat it. When I called the store they told me I would have to bring the receipt in to get arefund. I tried to explain I did not get a receipt and got hung up on. Will not be going to this location again. Just got done eating. Ordered 2 bbq bacon burgers. Got 2 bbq chicken sandwiches, one with not even a half piece of bacon and... nothing else except cheese. No onion, pickle, etc. the onion rings we usually like were half the size with hardly a hint ofonion- no rings, just a lot of breading. We could have gone out to eat for very little more, gotten more food and what weordered! Read more
Lobby is always closed and they don't always have food items. Of course, you won't even know that until you get in the drive... thru line, and then you're stuck following all the cars. I'm done trying this location. It's bad, and the management andemployees don't care. Read more

Went at 2:00PM on Saturday. The drive through was out to the street and the indoor dining area was locked and closed. A... customer came out of the store and told us that there was ONE cook inside. Whoever the manager is at this store needs to beFIRED. I feel bad for the cook. Read more

I don't know who is running the Burger King in Hawks Prairie. For the last year, maybe a bit longer, the cleanliness and service... of this particular BK leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when compared to the other 2 in our community. Today the restaurantwas messy. We waited for almost 5 minutes for an acknowledgement. The young man who took out order was competent. Then thewaiting started. When they called a number that was 12 ahead of us, I asked where our order was. The young man said it wasbecause we ordered the plant based burger. "It takes a lot longer to cook.". That was our explination. So far it had been 12minutes. At 17 minutes our burgers finally came. When the order was checked, we found the sandwiches to be lukewarm. Not wantingto wait another 17 minutes, we decided to leave. Continually, this BK has shown a serious lack of training and supervision. Iknow our 30 minutes there (for a to - go order), was but a snapshot of thier day. However, since this is a continual issue goingback over a year ago, I don't believe it's any better at this point in time, hours later. This parts is just a rant. Arby'sgives this same size cup to seniors as a free senior drink. Really BK? Costs that much more for a to go drink that lasts thruthe cold meal? Ok, end of rant. Read more
Not a fan of the service. My app order had 2 oreo milkshakes and when I got there I saw a sign saying there was no shakes at... this time. No problem, when I told them I had placed an order through the app they informed me that they didn't have shakes. Iwas okay with that and told them to just take it off my order. They said they don't do that and I can take a substitute of acouple of Hersey pies or a fountain drink. So each shake is about $5 and the pies are $2 ea. I asked if they were going to giveme $10 worth of pies and drinks and she was like you can have 2 pies or a drink or I could ask for a refund through the app. Ichose the app. Which Jessica was very helpful and I got my money back. She was great but the service at the restaurant was not.Plus the fish sandwich was almost like a piece of jerky. Read more
