The experience was horrible. First there are no manners. There was only one guy that actually had manners. One of the girls... asked me what my orders was and as I was telling her she walked away before I finished telling her. Then they took long ingiving me my shake. The shakes tasted horrible. Usually try to give good reviews but I have had bad experience three times in a row. Last one just yesterday. My son ordered it... via the app so it?s ready when we get there. Disappointed. It was late and had to wait but not too long. That?s ok. We took itand opened it in the car on our way. Found both the icecreams mushy and melted out. Like I said, This is the third time this hashappened. Probably bad employee training or poor base temperature causing it to melt too fast once out of the freezer. Read more

I can?t at enough amazing things about the crew working tonight!!! We had gone to Red Robin to celebrate my 9 year olds birthday... and he was heart broken when they didn?t have ice cream and wouldn?t sing him happy birthday due to short staff. So we decidedto try our luck at at cold stone even with a packed house they took 2 mins of their time to stop what they were doing and singhim happy birthday and make his night!!!
