Found this place by accident - and what a welcome accident. Friendly, prompt service and well prepared, flavorful food. The lamb... was particularly tender and tasty. Ate here a second time. The buffet provides a decent array of different dishes (the goatcurry was good) at a reasonable price. Consistency of execution, friendly staff and reasonable prices make this a good choice. 12/10 RECOMMEND!!! You have to get samosas every time!! It?s so good!! I?ve tried the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala,... chicken kadhai and they were all so bomb!! Don?t forget to try all the different naans! Garlic naan and cheese naan areAMAZINGGG!! I also love the lunch buffet from 11am-2pm!! The first time I ordered something here it came with rice. Second time I got it?came with naan. Made sure that the third time I... wanted rice instead of naan bread. They canceled the order because they claimed it was an ?add on? Huh? It literally comes withthe meal. Needless to say, I had to purchase a side of rice with my entree that COMES with it . Not cool. Amazing!!! We got Lamb Saag, Chicken Tikka Masala and Fish Korma. Each dish was as good as the other. Portion sizes were large... and service was extremely friendly and attentive. 10/10 Read more
Curry House has probably the best Indian Food in all of Thurston County. Their menu is broader than any other Indian restaurants... in Olympia. Food is delicious and they offer spice level options. Service is great and quality of the food is impressive. Theonly downfall was their bottled Indian beer; the 2 beers we ordered, both Taj Mahal and Himalayan, were expired and served to us(the Himalayan was from 2020 and Taj Majal from 2021). I brought the expired beer to our server?s attention and she replied?these beers never expire? and smiled. We enjoyed the food so much that we drank them anyway and even though this was adisappointment (as we realize Lacey/Olympia isn?t an area for Indian beer connoisseurs) this restaurant gets 5 stars from us Read more
Good Indian food with a lot of choices. Flavors are authentic and food is fresh but lacks the depth that really good Indian food... has. We tried several dishes and same across all. Staff is a bit short but otherwise helpful. Read more
When it comes to Indian food I am pretty picky but this place was amazing! The food was flavorful and tasted fresh. There was no... lack of flavor in each item we ordered and the portions were huge plenty for lunch the next day! The service was quick and verypolite. Our waitress was helpful with our order and helped me decide what to get! Give this place a try pretty amazing! Read more
This place is a 10 out of 10 and would recommend it to friends, families and colleagues. The food was very fresh and well... prepared, yummy as well! Staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Gatta love the lunch buffet! Worth every singlepenny. Will definitely be returning. Read more
