If I could, I would give this location a negative 2. The quality here is horrible. I don't know if it has to do with the... training process or the managers there. Especially the blonde pony tail hair one. She has the worst customer service ever. It'spathetic to be called dominos there. I understand it is a job, but do it right. I usually avoid this place as much as I can.The dominos near college st and yelm hwy. Has great service and the quality there is great. Maybe this location on galaxy driverneeds to spend a week or two there. Or if you send the hires there to be trained correctly. I don't know if this will be takenseriously or not, but something gotta change in my opinion. I may have not worked in a pizza place, but I have had my experiencein a upscale restaurant. So I know what I am talking about. Hopefully whoever the owner is or the regional manager will correctthis or at least see what is going on in this location. Read more
I don't do pizza often, maybe every 3 to 6 months. I have a teenage boy that loves it. I have some food allergies and require... light sauce on my pizza. Easy you would think right? Well this is the ONLY pizza place that honors my sub requests and does itcorrectly. I get sick with too much sauce and it's a health issue. Most places laugh at me but the lady today is the same ladyevery time I think, and every time she is very professional and kind and completed our order with 100% accuracy every time. Andomg it's ridiculously fresh each time and steaming hot. Whoever the gal is that's working today deserves a raise because dominoshas kept my business because of her. Thank you!! ???? ???? ???? I?ve been all over the US ordering Domino?s We love our pizza without garlic oil on crust. Just moved here and ordered our usual... when we got home there was garlic oil on crust. We understand it can be a not so often request. I called to let them know andthe manager on board swore up and down that there was no garlic oil and that in fact she made them and that we could check thevideo of her making them. She would not give me her name after that either. I never write reviews but I was absolutely takenaback by this KAREN! Customer service is obviously not her priority as a manager!! Staff told my wife that her coupon ($5.99 for two or more items) wouldn?t work for the three Brookies she ordered because the... order needed to be three different things. Then they gave us two burnt brookies and one that looked like it had been dropped andstepped on. We usually will take these to events to share with people (Super Bowl Party) and they always say they are deliciousand ask where we get them from. (We usually put them in a traveling container) I couldn't share these as they were smashed andburnt. ???? not ordering from this location again. Shout out to Martin Way location near North Thurston. First of all, I always order here. Never had a problem, got my food 10_15 minutes late, but I wasn't really trippin'. Traffic... happens.. 2nd, one of my pizzas had sausage, pepperoni, my sons fave.. but 3 slices had no sausage on it. And I also ordered achicken thin crust with jalapeno, it wasn't cut like a pizza, it was cut up massacre style... is that normal? Read more
I?ve noticed that this location has been going downhill regarding its quality control since the grand opening. The crust is... paper thin, barely any sauce & ingredients put on that weren?t requested. Their prices have doubled in just 2 months! Read more
