I came and ordered the number 7. They took 15 minutes to give me my chips and sandwich. Finally they gave it to me and I drove... off and saw that I was given 2 sandwiches. When I got home I opened them up thinking maybe they gave me a second sandwich forwaiting too long but it was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Ordered from them on the hottest day in Washington ever! I knew it was probably busy. It took an hour to get my sandwich (and... I was ok with that as most places in town had closed for the day) but the email I had received said it would not be delivereduntil the next day. When I called the store the person was very kind and assured that I would receive my order that night itwas just the busiest they had ever seen it and when I said it was ok that I would be patient he thanked me for my patience. Response to owner response: I have previously done that and your rep stated that there's nothing wrong with the sandwich. I... still have her email. This is the third time JJ's has given me this exact message (on Twitter as well) only to ignore me when Itell you about your reps response. Why? Where is the tuna?? What a ripoff!!
