Overwhelmed by takeout with low to no dine in. Clearly not operating well for staff or patrons as a result. Mediocre at best.... Don't get sushi. As an aside: there was a line of new dine in customers. My take out order was in a bag, in the window, withinarms reach, and paid for. While staff took a take out order over the phone I let the folks in line know I was going to let staffknow that was my bag they could quickly hand over and get me out (after waiting 5min). She told me, "these people were herefirst so you wait." So i said: "or I can just reach around and grab it." She said: "Okay whatever" So i did. All of which I'mtotally fine with. It was my first time, I got the sour sweet and sour bento box. For $24 dollars it was a lot of food but, terrible quality. The... chicken seemed like it had been in sitting on a heating element for hours because the Chicken was literally crunchy on theinside. The soup was broth with a couple pieces of tofu. I tried this place for the first time yesterday, and it is AMAZING. The bento combos are an incredible amount of food for the... price, and everything was steaming and fresh as it was served. The server noticed an error in the food right away and got itfixed immediately, without us even saying anything. The gyoza is the perfect level of crunchy, and the filling is delicious. Igot the shrimp spicy roll, and I was very nicely surprised- this is one of the only places where they mean spicy when they sayit! The bubble tea is also perfect. Ordered wonton soup and Mongolian beef. Not sure what this is, but the soup was mush and the beef had some kind of breading and... weird sauce. My pug wouldn?t even eat it and he?s a pig. Oh, and the sushi is just disturbing. Just go to Hops and Drops andsave yourself from another Asian fusion restaurant fraud. Read more
Good food weird service. I go there for only the food but not the service. They aren't rude or anything, they just didn't go out... of their way to offer anything else. They get 5 start for food but their service knocks the overall rating back a couple stars.I recommend the food! Read more
