We ordered a box of nuggets and one chicken sandwich meal w/fries. The sandwich was the only edible food in the bag. We were... told 8 min wait on the nuggets which turned into 40 mins wait. I was in the mood for Popeyes chicken, my last visit to a Popeyes restaurant wasn?t very good, but this location made up for it.... I ordered one of their spicy chicken meals, with Cajun rice and biscuits for sides. The chicken is cooked perfectly and thesides were good. There was curly human hair embedded in both our mild and spicy tender meals. The mild chicken tender pieces were a laughably... small size. Our mac and cheese was missing but this issue pales in comparison to the other problems. All this for $50+. Avoid atall costs .. and they should have the health inspector stop in based on my experience and other recent reviews. Read more
Very hit and miss service food-wise as customer service is hard to rate when staff changes at random. Prices have increased... about 3 or so times in the past year, which yah ok stuff is more expensive. But fast food is one thing that doesnt add up attimes, iced drinks cost almost as much as a smoothie when it's just some syrup and small amount of juice. But hey it'saddictive. On top of having to pay extra for the upgraded Mac n cheese I can understand, but if I'm required to pay the sameprice for this item as everyone else, then you should be required to provide the same amount each time I buy it, and almost$5.00 for a small side of rice, this should be the most inexpensive item on the menu. Regarding the image of macaroni andcheese: I don't pay for a gallon of milk at Walmart and just expect that I'll get either 70% to 100% of that gallon, I get agallon. Chicken used to have some issues with either being too dry or not correct item but lately orders have been followedpretty good and haven't had issues for that as of late. Some customers really gotta chill out, if you order 6+ sandwiches, youmight have to wait, slapping your car and yelling out your window doesn't make food cook faster. Read more
I love Popeyes chicken! Its the best fried chicken from a fast food chain around! Try the apple cinnamon pie while its warm. So... delivery! The person at the counter was very sweet and kind. She helped me get a better deal by giving me a special and thenpurchasing my sides and drink separately. The store is clean and well stocked. Read more
I took a bite and noticed that there was mold on the bread so I immediately went back to the restaurant to get a refund. They... offered to make my sandwiches again but I refused and asked for a refund instead. Please be aware of this Popeyes in Laceyeverybody. Eat at your own risk. Read more
The service at the drive through was fast and friendly. The chicken sandwich, sadly, has lost its luster. Where once was a... reasonably priced, generous, spicy, crispy work of art is now a sad shadow. A tiny, bland, overpriced 1/4 cutlet. Read more
