This location always makes my drink wrong... I order it through the mobile app and pick up through the drive-thru and usually... have my 15mo daughter in the car so I cannot go back to get them to remake it without having to pull her out of her caresat orwait in line in the drive-thru again... This is a 5 star for customer service!!! I have been to this Starbucks three times and twice then have messed up my order. The... first time I ordered two venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino and a piece of lemon loaf. When it was all said and done we hadone drink and one lemon loaf. When we told the barista she apologized and instructed to someone that she needed another drinkfor us. There were no questions asked they fulfilled our order without a question and without charge. That is great customersservice!!! The second time we ordered the same thing two of the drinks and one lemon loaf. We received the lemon loaf right awayand it took a few minutes for the drinks and when she handed us the drinks they were chocolate chip frappuccinos. When we toldher of the mistake she apologized and proceeded to have the drinks made that we had ordered. This is customer Service!!! My wife bought a milk. It was expired. They replaced it but the barista acted like she was irritated. When we were trying to... enjoy our drinks, this employee (she was wearing long blue shorts and had dark hair), was cleaning tables and floors. Shewouldn't stop loudly slamming chairs. Almost like she was doing this on purpose. They will keep their lights on and drive thrusign on when they are closed and will just say..ummm...yeah.. we're closed...haha... sorry. Read more
Honestly this place has great customer service and usually everyone is nice, but their drinks are not as good as they could be. ... They don't seem to aerate their milk to get any good foam, especially with soy when soy foams quite easy. I usually order acaramel macchiato with soy, but they don't have any foam I always end up with a pool of syrup and caramel sauce at the bottom ofmy cup. I rarely order anything other than drip coffee here due to this. Once they actually make my cheat day coffee betterI'll give a better rating. Had two lower my rating, they still can't seem to get the milk correct, at least it's not like otherplaces that fill the cup with nothing but foam.??????????? Read more
