I ordered a Taco Bell item that was advertised nationally (Cheesy Beef Burrito) at a special price, but I was charged an... additional 25% per each item, because they were a franchise store. Apparently, Taco Bell franchise stores won't honor Taco Bellnational promotions...poor business model. Read more
I love this place & eat here regularly. Yesterday my order came to $8.08 so I gave her 8¢ & a 10$ bill but realized later I... didn't get my change. No big deal it was only $2. Today I got the same thing, gave him a 20 & 8¢ & told him what has happenedwith my change yesterday (just to make him aware). I wasn't expecting the change or anything but all he said was "Oh it's allgood" He either wasn't listening to me or just had an attitude. ???? Read more
They will mess your order up every other time you go there then refuse to remake it. They'll call you a liar for telling them... they messed up. Also they be stalking your car saying you didn't order food from them cause they didn't see you car even thoughyou ordered food when you were with a friend in a different car. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. I would recommend if youorder from here, check you bags and food because if you leave and come back they will call you a liar because they're too lazyto remake the things they messed up on. Also very unprofessional as they will flip you off and cuss you out yet refuse to letyou talk to anyone higher up. Worst fast food place I have EVER been to. Go at your own risk. Read more
A couple of the girls that work the drive thru have serious attitude problems. The first couple of times I was snapped at or... encountered rude behavior, I thought maybe the person working was having a bad day or something because that happens to everyoneonce in a while. Especially those of us who work in customer service and especially especially those working in fast food! Butit seems to be an ongoing occurrence here. You?re better off going down the road to the one on Martin Way. They are alwaysfriendly and sweet no matter what time of day you go. I live right around the corner from this one but will drive to thelocation that?s out of my way so I don?t have to interact with the snobs here. The staff were energetic and nice! I'm an avid Taco bell fan, but I was severely disappointed today. If I may add Just a little... constructive criticism.. Though the taste was on point as always... The Chicken power bowl without chicken, rice, or beans withadded beef for $7+ was very disappointing. The photo is zoomed in.. there was so little in the bowl.. I was delivering through DoorDash and pulled up 10 mins before they closed. I was greeted by such a funny kind hearted... individual who completely made my night and made me laugh two different times. Always so grateful for experiences like this withpeople like this worker with such great energy and positive outlook on life.
