I'm sorry but never going back there! Except for the waitress who was friendly (at first) the waiting time with an almost empty... dining room ( 3 other tables of 4) to get our order and our food was extremely long...almost 2 hours to get our order andanother hour and half to get our food...which I was disappointed with and most of my family too (we were a group of 15 people).And on top of it, everytime we were asking something to the waitress she was sighting...so yeah sorry but no never again! Cosy bar side, appetizers so big we went straight to desert after, food was good!
This is the first time I been back to a Boston Pizza since COVID. Let start with the good points. My waitress was friendly. And... the food is good. It still the same good old food from Boston Pizza like before. Now to the negative points. The portion sizehas gotten a lot smaller than before. My so-called half ribs. Its look like a quarter ribs. Not sure if their chef made amistake or it’s there new sizes but at the price they’re selling ribs I could of gotten the same thing from my local grocerystore with fries and salad at the same price. Next, something out of restaurant hand. Sadly yes, the cost of the menu has goneup. It not the restaurant fault itself. Everything has gone up. Also not sure if this cause of COVID cuts, but Boston PizzaQuebec removed their famous 5$ for 8 chicken wings special during Habs games. I hope it comes back next hockey season. I reallywish we can give half stars on google reviews, because the food here is good and the service is good too. Just don’t think Iwill have the ribs again at the cost they’re selling at. Because this place deserve 3.5 stars overall, at the time I amwriting this. Read more
Stupid vaxpass, had to get takeout, despite being nearly empty. Food was not even hot. Overcharged for takeout soda. Food... overpriced. Thank goodness the hostess was pleasant. Read more
My partner and I travel for business and have more than enough experience dinning out. As non bilingual diners it is more often... than not a negative experience...today was no the case. Our server, Matilda, was extremely pleasant. She treated us no differentthan any of the other clients that did speak French...a first for us. We are usually given poor service or completely ignoredaltogether. Matilda made us feel welcome and didn't complain about having to speak English. She was friendly, outgoing andprofessional in her manners. The food was very good...but Matilda.....she was GREAT!!! Thanks M :) Read more
