Let me start by saying this was the worst customer service I have ever had from a McDonald?s. ordered a frappe when it was my... turn to pay the young lady spoke to me in French I told the young lady I don?t speak French and she rolled her eyes so shemanaged to tell me the cost paid for my frappe proceeded to go to the next window the young lady there was speaking to me inFrench Was not sure what she was telling me so I told her I do not speak French she told me to park in parking number two Iwaited patiently for around 7- 8 minutes decided to go inside to ask where my Frappe was The young lady who told me to Park innumber 2 came over as I was speaking to the manager and said to me that she told me to Park because they were changing the milkI responded to her by saying you never told me they were changing the milk and she responded by saying yes I told you in Frenchand started laughing I responded back by saying to her I told you I don?t speak French and she replied to me well you shouldlearn how to speak French wow I was not impressed KAYLA!!!!!! You should learn some manner?s horrible and rude if I could give a0 star I would worst McDonald?s by far for horrible customer service Read more
Multiple worst experiences at this outlet. 1. Staff was not wearing gloves, very unhygienic. 2. We placed order 15 mins prior,... were in Drive Thru queue for 10 mins, and yet made to wait for 15 mins. Very slow and poor staffing. 3. Order was completelymessed up, we ordered Ceaser Mcwrap with crispy chicken, they gave Chicken McWrap with Bacon, disaster for us as we don't eatBacon at all. 4. Drinks provided without straws, order provided without ketchup. We were left devastated at the nth hour bysuch pathetic service. I would never recommend this centre. Read more
Had a terrible migraine with 4 hours left to drive in a heat wave. Got 12 McNuggets. I'm sorry I'm a vegetarian but I had to. It... started raining as I was eating them in the parking lot. Of course they were delicious. Predictable, salty meat food. That's whyI went there. No more migraine. Read more
McDonalds is McDonalds and this location is standard. The drive tru is the most convenient feature for my family. Love the app... and to be able to get freebees or rebates. Need to try the app to place an order ahead of time, see if it saves time. Read more

The women working at the drive thru very unresponsive and your not sure if they are even listening to you.
Very good service and great quality meals. They don't look sloppy or gross. I mean look at this Buffalo Poutine ???? The chicken... & fries were hot ! They really respect your order modifications especially when you order from your phone. I think this is myfavorite McDonald's so far! Read more
Just too bad staff missing, waiting 35 minutes in the drive-true after midnight.????
