Their patisseries are very tasty and very fresh. The service is very slow, though, and it seems that they always have new people... who are in training serving you. It doesn?t bother me that much but sometimes it can take a while to get your order. I hope themanager sees this and improves it. I don?t think it?s fair to lose a star because of this. Read more
Awful customer service and everything is overpriced ! Last Tuesday, for my daughter?s 10th bday I called a day prior 6:20 and... they mentioned they close a 6pm. I was stuck in traffic and couldn?t make it. Then on Wednesday, the day of her bday, againstuck in traffic from downtown so called around 5:40pm to tell them that I was going to be there 5:55 but if ever to wait for meby 6pm. They replied ?sorry we can?t wait for you, we close at 6pm sharp?. I?m in shock, begging to wait for me and again theysay no. I explained the situation and again begged as I was with my daughter in the car looking forward to get her a small cakeand her macaroons. I asked to talk to the manager and she put me on hold. She came back and replied, ?if your gps tell you thatyou will be here at 5:55pm, then we are still open. The owner says we can?t wait for you and we are closing at 6pm?. I replied,?it?s my daughters 10th bday and I need to get her a small cake and macaroons? I tried to come yesterday and now today? youcan?t wait for me if ever I get there by 6 sharp?!? The girl replied again ?sorry we are closing at 6pm, we can?t wait? plus wehave a meeting at 6pm?!! Wow at this point I am fuming? I get there at 5:55 pm very upset. My daughter takes 2 individualdesserts instead of a small cake + her fav macaroons. I go to cash to pay, addressing myself in English to the manager / owner?how much is this?? The manager answers to wait, with a serious attitude problem, in French. I am waiting, while she?s verifyingsomething at the cash. I thought they were in a rush to close LOL I asked again ?how much is this?? And she replies in French. Igive her cash and she answers in French ?no cash?! I am like why can?t I pay in cash? Very tasty!! A bit pricey, but good quality in general. Just recently, once, the pastry wasn't fresh - not sure what happened... that time; I guess it's not a perfect dessert world afterall. But definitely worth while. Read more

A little expensive for croissants/pastries in general; however they are fresh and do taste great. Worth the money? yes and no.... Yes if you go early in the day; the pastries sit out all day, in the open. The longer they sit, the faster they dry out. No ifyou go later in the day, in the afternoon. Read more
Gréât spot for desserts, croissants and expresso. They have also take out lunches! I love this place.
