The lady at the drive through cash made me pay someone else's order because mine came up to 30$ on screen but I ended up paying... 35$. Got no straws nor napkins with my order. Got a squished soft drinks cup. Everyday its a different story. Last time I got aBig Mac box with a Mc Chicken inside. I never got any order from this Mcdonalds right. Love this McDonald's, lived nearby for 5 years, countless times having lunch here during lunch break, at times, they delivered... coupons in the mail, a trios cost 5.99, or 4. 99, you can switch French fries with garden salad, orange juice instead ofCoca-Cola, big Mac, fatty,greasy, but with paper napkins on the self-serving counter, taking as many as you like, a good choicefor fast pace lunch. Lots of seats available, a back section of quiet erea, and a outdoor seating for people looking sunshine????. A good neighborhood fast food choice. Total garbage, probably messed up 100 of my orders as I live nearby. Not even worth going to unless your into throwing out... burgers full of salt, coffees that don?t even taste like coffee. OH AND THEY GIVE YOU FAKE MONEY AS CHANGE AND CUSS YOUOUT. Manager doesn?t care AT ALL, insults you if you question anything. 10/10 would fire them all and try again. Maybe hiremonkeys as they would probably do a better job, or toddlers since they would be better at customer service. Read more
I went there today and spent just over $50 for my order and it was such a shame to spend it here. The customer service was... horrible. Out of the entire team (manager or team leader included) only 1 employee was courteous and apologetic for the numerousmistakes made to my order. In the end, my family and I were fed up and just decided to cut our losses. On top of this, thedining room garbage cans were full and there was missing toilet paper in one of the bathroom stalls. Given that the team thatwas working today were not busy with upkeeping the hygienic state of the dining room or bathrooms, I'm not sure why it took 3different employees to correct my drink order. I'm seriously questioning how hungry I will have to be ro go back to thislocation again. Read more
You can't go wrong with McDonalds. If you are in Lachine, go this location. The service is great and really fast.
Its rare that I come across food so bad that I have to throw it out. This was the worst poutine I've ever had. The cheese was... still frozen(not cold.....frozen). Fries soggy, gravy slimy and overall no taste at all. After one or two bites it went right inthe garbage???????? Read more
