Absolutely appalling service. Went there for dinner with a reservation four adults with a 1 year old child. We all waited at the... front for almost 15 minutes while servers walked by and did not acknowledge us or tell us that someone would be with us shortly.Finally someone came over and seemed shocked that we had a reservation. This staff member left and then got on the phone foranother 15 minutes while we continued to stand and wait in the front. Finally 30 minutes after arriving we sat down at thetable. The food was good. No complaints there. We had to flag down the server on a number of occasions to ask for simple thingslike - napkins or more water. We waited nearly 30 minutes after our meal was done and still no one came to the table to offerthe dessert menu. Finally, I walked up to the front and found our server drinking coffee and I asked our server if we couldplease see the dessert menu. We had asked the server to pack up our leftovers to take home. The server returned with the pastain a to-go box. We asked where the pizza was and the server apologized and said they threw it out, and didn't realize we wantedit. After dessert was finished and our plates clean we again waited nearly 30 minutes for anyone to come and give us the bill.I had to leave the table and again find the server to ask for our bill. For the entirety of this awful experience they gave usthe dessert for free. We just moved to Lachine, and I would truly never go back to this restaurant because of how terrible theservice was collectively. Not just one server but the entire staff - from the moment we walked in being ignored by multiple staff without so much as a "hello, someone will be with your shortly," the rude staff who seated us, and the absent server atdinner, and the measly offer of free dessert for the entire experience a quarter of our pizza thrown out. I think the picture speaks for itself. Dead fly on my napkin ?. wonderful. I ordered a Lemon martini that was half full and... tasted of cough syrup. The food was definitely not authentic Italian and was mediocre quality at best. Avoid the bathrooms ifyou can there as they have a black fly infestation. Read more
Used to be a great restaurant, but it's in decline. Got there at 6:35 pm, ordered at 6:50, got the food at 8:20. Never got the... bread or the bruschetta up until I had to ask for it. The service was so bad no one came to offer water. The food when wefinally got it, was so-so. Honestly very disappointing. The one positive thing I can say, is that it wasn't crazy expensive.Still, the experience was overall bad... Hope they take note and improve because this used to be an amazing restaurant Read more
We had the table d'hôte menu. Everything was good. Good food, good service and the weather was beautiful.
Location is excellent, prices are average. Ordered 2 pizzas. Funghi only has portobello, and they skipped the truffle oil. ... Both were under-done in the centre. Tomatoes could have been more ripe. Maybe I?m better to order a pasta next time. Ingeneral, I?d stop by in a pinch but would try somewhere else, given the other local options. Read more
One of the highest value for money restaurants in Montréal. Lunch menu is insanely cheap and yet the food tastes great. I had... several different meals on different occasions and never got disappointed. It is next to Lachine canal and on a sunny dayoutside sitting is perfect to enjoy the view. Read more
We all had different pasta dishes - I wasn?t very impressed with mine. The location and building is good overlooking the water.... Had a problem with wasps which they tried to deal with the best they could. Read more
This restaurant is much bigger from interior than you can see from exterior. Good ambiance. Good satisfying food at a friendly... price. Ask for the Table d'hôte, 20$ to 25$ including soup/salad, tea-coffee and dessert. Recommended. Read more
