Service on the cold side, and not the cleanest!!!! Open kitchen, you see everything!!

The food is ok but the service is terrible, I felt like SCAM, did an order, pay at the PIZZA HUT WEBSITE, never received my... order, I call directly to the store and said I have to complaint with Dashdoor, I don't have this application, but they insist, I went to the store and I spoke with the manager by phone, she told me the same thing, but this time she said; Call your bankand explain, maybe they will refund the money. All employees were stressed out . Seemed like they were having lot of work . Owner should appropriate number of staff to handle... all the work. Girls working there were amazing . My wife ordered a pizza from here and it was very disappointing, the pizza was dry the cheese in the crust was not even melted... never going to order from pizza hut again. Said my pizza was delivered in the app, but I had to call them. Finally got my pizza an hour after it "got delivered". By the... way, I was 7 mins away from the shop. I couldn't leave my office to pick it up. But it took 1h30 to be delivered. Read more

Best pizza in lachine ???? , i told them not put too much pizza sauce and they did excellent work , it was perfect amount of... sauce used, but just on the wrong pizza, that amount of sauce should be on 4 large pizza rather than on my medium pizza .
