I gave this boustan a couple of tries and each time I ordered it the chicken was really dry. The last time I ordered from here... they gave me dried chicken crumbs. Honestly it was so bad. I couldn't even eat it. I threw the whole thing away. We aren'tanimals who'll eat leftover meat. You guys should be more respectful to your customers. Read more

We called. Placed an order. It was delivered. THREE things were missing and two were wrong. So we call to ask to have them... rectify it - and request that we not be charged for it as it was their mistake. They agreed, on the condition we give back thepart of the order that was wrong. Two minutes later, they call to argue with us that ‘no, no, your order was right.’ Rude,unwilling to rectify their mistake, and bent on us paying for it. when this place first opened here, it was amazing, but it must've switched ownership or something. Every time we order something... is missing or there's barely anything in the container. We could deal with that if the quality was good though... But it isn't.The chicken for the shawarma is always mushy. Like ground chicken, not carved off chicken chunks. It's really gross. I'm giving this location 1 star and it's only for the staff, they were courteous and friendly, the food however.. The chicken... shawarma was dry and didn't have much flavor compared to multiple other locations, the coleslaw was dry, it was literallychopped cabbage with dry spices on it, thankfully they added Cesar dressing (I think) so it was edible. I asked for a 'salad'since I'm on a restrictive diet.. Lettuce, tomatoes and pickled peppers, for starters, the lettuce was completely dirty, filledwith earth and sand, obviously not washed as well as brown rotten(ish) pieces and the pickled peppers were so salty, it waspractically inedible. The place is nice and new but the service is unorganized. Maybe because they just opened. I ordered a plate and a sandwich. The... plate was a great portion size.
