Got in to get my Vege 12p sandwich. Guy who served me seems to be hating his job and coworker. Tries to make a joke but not... funny. Really awkward. I then ask to wrap it Seperately but he refused saying that the owner will get mad. Then he forgets whathe made he then ask what did he make again. R U serious. Unprofessional. This place is going down. I normally tip but this timeforget that. Change your job if u hate it. Read more

I order two sandwiches with my friend here snd the guy has two cuts on his finger making our sandwich he was cleaning the floor... first when we walked and then walked in the back and starts making our order and then toast it takes off one of the two glovesto clean his bloodly hand doesn?t take off the other glove then puts only one glove back on with out changing the other one andthen when I was asking for topping he rudely said I?ll tell you want we have and so I had to keep saying no before he. Very poor customer service , also put all sandwiches on the subway app as "out of stock" to stop people from using deals, so... there's no way to order in pickup now on top of that it is very badly managed went in to get a sandwich at 8pm the door wasclosed and the teenager worker inside waved no at me, when the place was suppose to close at 10pm. I will just be ordering fromthe subway next to Dalbe-viau as it is much newer, cleaner and friendlier ! Read more
The few times I have gone have been poor customer service. But this last time was the worst, I walk in and made to wait while... one younge man was on his phone,then puts away in front pant pocket ,then proceeds to put gloves on with out washing his handsfirst. His demeanor was less then welcoming. I ask kindly for my choice of sandwich,where he seemed confused about had to repeata few times, thinking maybe he is new,I remained patient, goes to the back the bread I chose was not available, instead ofasking he chose a bread, I stated I asked for a specific one,with attitude he put the bread back pointed out that there was only3 choices,I asked for a different bread from thoughs choices. From here as though I was I bother he took the bread placed onprep area proceeds to lean on the counter with his whole forearm in a very lazy manner to cut the bread, then asked again what Iwanted...this being the 5th time. He places 2 piece of meat only when it supose to be 3 for 6 inch. And the bacon he wasn'tgoing to heat up. Wich I mentioned to please do so. With the service and attitude given I told him to never mind, I'm notcomfortable with the type of service and lack of cleanliness protocals and walked out. Amazingly friendly workers!! You can tell they try their best to make your sandwich as you want it and in the end, it is!!!!... It?s such a cute place and the amount of windows makes the environment so pleasing!! Love the sandwiches, even though i alwaystake the same one!! Definitely recommend!!!!! Read more
