This has to be the WORST Sushi Shop ever! Nothing ever tastes fresh, the owners and employees are extremely rude, not to mention... extremely cheap with any sides AKA the soy sauce. Don?t waste your money on this place, Sushi Shop on sources is 1000x betterthan here. What kind of a place gives 1 soy sauce for 45$ worth of sushi? When you ask for extra they?re quick to chargeyou. Cheap cheap cheap? the sushi NEVER tastes fresh (which is almost concerning) I won?t ever come back to this place as Itold you when I left your store today?unless there is new ownership. Second time I order a large amount of sushi for multiple people and only giving 1 soya sauce. When asked for additional soya... sauces, this Sushi Shop Lachine has the nerve to charge 1.25$ per soya sauce. It is not acceptable to give 1 soya sauce for alarge order that can feed multiple people, expecting them to share it. Ridiculous. I will never go here again. Wish I could puta big fat ZERO. Since these bad experiences, I drive 15 minutes further to the next closest sushi shop.. Read more

This place should not be allowed to operate under the Sushi Shop name. My food was on the counter instead of the fridge when I... arrived... so were several other orders. I ordered it 45 mins prior - had it been sitting there since I ordered it? Sure seemedlike it as it was warm. Nothing quite like biting into warm raw fish. Why is the raw fish not in the fridge?! That alone mustviolate many healthcode standards I spend $50 on sushi - can i bother you for a napkin or 2? How about chopsticks? Maybe alittle more wasabi? 1/4 teaspoon of wasabi doesn't go far for 2 people. NEVER AGAIN!! i'll drive the extra 20 mins to Kirklandwhere I know my food will be in the fridge, not developing bacteria from sitting on a warm counter. Read more
If you want old tempura shrimp and sushis that are not fresh, order at this Sushi shop location When you call the owner for a... refund he will laugh at you Dear owner, you could have done the right thing, but now you experience another poor review. 3.4stars when you own a chain where you created none of the recipes means you should not be a restaurateur. Lachine branch: didn?t put the soya sauce in on delivery. Had to go get it myself. Not even an apology. On a big order asked to... get the 3, got home to find 2 in the bag. Sushi is very average (compared to any other sushi shop place). Rolls cut uneven. Sameroll is cut in pieces anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1.5 inch with the thin ones falling apart. Came to this spot 30 min before closing for bubble tea. The tea itself was not great, the flavor left something to be desired.... The boba were severely undercooked, most of them were hard like cartilage. I would not visit here again. The staff was pleasant. Read more
