The food was delicious and the waitress was amazing, she knew how to explain everything on the menu and provided her insights on... each plate. The menu is not very extensive which helps a lot if you’re indecisive like me. I’m only not giving 5 starsbecause we went there to try their calamari (since we’ve heard good things about it) and when we got there we were told theitem is no longer on their menu (even though it was still on their website. But the waitress said they were having troublegetting good quality calamari due to the supply chain situation and they decided to remove it instead of serving a low qualitydish, which I absolutely respect. Visited April 10th, 2022 Dear Mulberry, Sundays are very family-oriented in the Puerto Rican culture just like in the Italian.... I took the initiative of revisiting the restaurant based on previous experiences but never actually critiqued it until now. Theestablishment is a cozy home feel. It is located off of route 5 in Lackawanna New York. I actually have been here three timesprior to this visit and with that being stated is a result of positive experiences. The wait staff is very proactive. They goabove and beyond to make you and your party feel welcomed. They provide a broad assortment of traditional Italian dishes as faras pasta is concerned. They have a clean atmosphere as well as are very informative on answering any questions you may have onthe wine list as well as any types of food that is served under their umbrella. The professionalism as well as attentiveness ofthe wait staff was exceptional. Compliments to the chef on providing a great dining experience. Food portions give you a bangfor your buck. Furthermore, ample amount of parking for your car outside of the location. It's no wonder that Food Networks GuyFieri made his way to said establishment. With a famously renowned meatballs as well as deep dish traditional lasagna recipe itcalls for notoriety from coast to coast. In addition, the pasta is prepared from scratch in house to add to the flavors andtextures brought forth by the cuisine offered at mulberry. Plenty of parking, comfortable seating, beautifully decorated, and friendly service. Everything was near perfect and then the... food arrived. A meatball the size of a softball drenched in tomato sauce was firm without being too heavy. We also ordered therigatoni alla vodka, Joe Shaw chicken rigatoni, and the manicotti. Our friends took my husband and myself out to dinner to Mulberry's for my birthday. The food is PHENOMENAL! The homemade pasta... didn't give me heartburn like boxed pasta usually does and the sauce is sweet and savory. The meatball is ginormous but it's sodelicious!
