Did drive thru. Was asked to pull forward while they got our food ready, it became obvious that they did it so that their... "service" times were "better". Drove 15 minutes to get home and discovered fries that were ordered and paid for were not in thebag. Tried calling. The number on google maps returns an error in a number not even called not being in service. Used the numberon the kfc.ca website, first call went straight to voicemail, 2nd try rang 4 times. The answering service for both calls doesn'tannounce that it was KFC that I called. Left a message then came here. Not likely to use this location anymore. Read more
I have been through here 3 times now and I won't waste my money or time again. Chicken sandwich is always soggy, I ordered... chicken strips today to try something different. Soggy and fries were soggy. Everything seems to sit in the warming trays toolong, food is never fresh. Read more

I wanna start with I love kfc, but i have been three times to this location and all 3 were terrible. 2 times the burgers were... dry and not crunchy at all. They tasted old!!the fries tasted like they sat all day. The third time I got a bucket and it wasfull of wings with barely any meat. Only had one breast and no drumsticks in a entire bucket!! The side salads again tasted oldor sat out. Don't waste your time here, they are not following kfc's rules of service, they can't cook chicken to save theirlives!!!! Read more

They honestly take a really long time for a drive thru, the gravy isn?t the same as most of the KFC stores, and they stop... serving items before they actually close. I understand getting ready to close but you actually tell people you won?t serve themcertain things because you decided to shut them down early? Read more

I?d love to give more stars but giving two for the speedy service in the drive thru. That being said the speedy service should... have been my first indication to look in the bag and make sure it was all there. Somehow forgot to add in my large fries with mybucket meal but remembered my large gravy for no fries.. sigh. Read more

Incase anyways is feeling deterred by a the poor rating, we were also leery of ordering kfc tonight due to more bad reviews than... good. But we decided to try because we were craving KFC. Thought I would come to say the KFC was just fine. Not burnt, notexcessively greasy or anything wrong with it like lots said before. It was busy and the people eating their kfc around us in therestaurant seemed perfectly happy with their orders as well. As another reviewer said before, it's KFC, what more do you reallyexpect? The chicken was such a disappointment, it doesn't taste the same and it just tasted like grease. The gravy was not good... either. The only thing that tasted good was the macaroni salad. It was so disappointing ????. Not going back again. Will getour chicken from Co op next time! Way better tasting and better value for the money. Read more
