Worst service I have every had, walked in at 8:32pm and she said how many people are you feeding I just put everything away . I... replied 4 people , they made two subs for me and I ordered two pizzas , they put cheese and them and said they are done I can?tput anything else on them. Horrible customer service. DAWN made my sandwiches wrong and had the nerve to hang up on me after accusing me of yelling.... Refused to give me the number to the district office and wouldn't give me her bosses name. And actually unhooked the phone whenI tried to call back when she hung up. Never had a good experience if dawn been there 18 years. Subway is lacking. Because I'venever encountered such ignorance. Read more
Untrained employees mess up the bread on my sandwich that completely fell apart and sells it to me at full price.
Always the best place to go for a fresh delicious sub!! They make Excellent salads too!!
I've made many trips to this subway and. Always pleased with the food and service. Very well maintained and clean area. Super... nice employees who take there time to make sure your order is the way you like it. The foundation sodas taste better here and sodoes the food. Will always recommend it. Read more
The food and the service at any of the Subway's I've ever been to have always been great. The same can be said about the Subway... in Henry, Il. My ONLY issue is that I have recently found out they are not chopping salads anymore. Doesn't sound like a bigdeal and it really isn't. It takes extra time when there are a lot of people ordering and waiting. I work out on the road mostdays and it's difficult to try chopping my salad on my lap especially when the disposable container has a round bottom. WOW,that makes me sound extremely whinny when there are MUCH worse things going on in our world right now! I'm just a littledisappointed. Read more
Terrible do not order online! My card was charged and I have the online receipt, when I get there they said never received it... and had issues with online orders They call the manager and tells them to tell me there is nothing we can. No refund justsorry. So had to order new subs and pay for them cash Customer service there not so good maybe some extra cheese or somethingfor their mistake. Don't order online!!! Read more
Great little subway. The staff is young but handle the rushes pretty well. Clean facility and reliable food.
