I used to love this place when I was younger and was excited to see that they had vegan cheese now that I don't eat dairy... anymore. Had a pizza with vegan cheese and it was amazing!! Can only give 4 stars though cause they haven't had vegan cheesethe last 4 times we've tried to order. Hope they get some again soon! Read more
First time at the Pizza Peel and I forgot to take pictures! Since I'm not a local I didn't know exactly where to go in (up, ... down, wherever?) but down is the correct answer. Kristen was our waitress and provided excellent service. Since the wifeand I had never been, we took her recommendations. Maybe a bit overboard with cheese bread, two small pizzas and a calzone. Eyes were definitely bigger than our bellies but the food was excellent. Food did take awhile (not bad) to get to the table,but it was a very busy Friday night. It's a bit far from home but we will definitely be back. Great job guys! Read more

A co-worker of mine swears by their pizza. So I decided to take my Mom to lunch, and we hit the road today, and drove 45mns to... experience the hidden pizza gem of Lacon. Pleased to say, it did not disappoint. The cheese bread was delicious! She got halfKitchen Sink and half Italian Beef and loved it. I got the All Natural w/ Jalapenos. Food was excellent, some of the best pizza around for sure. The downstairs locale was cozy and a great little place to grab a... meal and eat with friends. Prices were fair, service quick and friendly. Ordered the "Combo" pizza, which is their version of aSupreme and it didn't dissapoint. Read more
