We got Chicken Marsala (dairy free!), salmon, side salad, wedge salad. All were delicious and had nice presentation. Our... waiter, Connor, was just wonderful. Great personality and fabulous waiter. In fact, all the staff were lovely. Service and foodwere both 5 stars! My only complaint was that it was really loud in the restaurant and it made it difficult to have aconversation. Finally had dinner at Bernini?s this week. I?ve been trying to visit for a while but it such a small, cozy, popular spot that... you have to either go early or make a reservation way in advance. My kids and I use to go to this particular location when itwas Faro?s and we practically lived there so I was hoping the new establishment would be similar but, it was more then Iexpected. The outdoor patio looked amazing as well as the inside. Our server was very polite and had great recommendations. Thefood did not disappoint, everything was delicious and I was totally surprised with the amount of food you get. Usually when it?sthat good, they only give you a tiny portion - It was so worth every penny. I can?t wait to go back to try the pizza, which Ihear is amazing and other stuff on the menu. One think I?d like to add, as an Italian restaurant, you need to have Tiramisu, areal good one. That would end the meal perfectly. :) I saw the review about the disgruntled guests, no establishment is perfectbut, to do what they did, that?s totally disrespectful. Our first experience here. Arrived for our reservation and the noise was deafening in the dining room. We asked the hostess is... we could sit outside, since my husband has tinnitus, but she explained that they didn't have enough help for the outside tablesthat were not reserved and did make an attempt to make it happen, but unfortunately we had to sit at a tiny table right next tothe bar. Our waiter George helped us make the best of it though. Excellent service was appreciated! The wedge salad andgarlic knots were outstanding. Husband had spaghetti and meatballs with sausage and loved it. I was a bit disappointed in mypizza, love a thin crust but it was tough and chewy, and the sauce very salty. That being said, I never met a pizza I didn'tlike! We will definitely be back, but only if we can sit outside. Read more

To be honest, we still think of this as ?the old Pizza Hut? but decided to give it a whirl. We are so glad we did. The staff is... incredible. Jess, our bartender, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Steph, a server, was efficient and so nice to talkto. Our drinks were delicious and the bread was to-die-for. We can?t wait to come back for dinner! PSA: they have gluten freepasta although they don?t advertise it. Edit: went back for dinner, and it was incredible. We had a shrimp appetizer, and I hadthe Mediterranean scallops. My husband had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. We went with friends who picked out a great bottle of red,and we had a wonderful time. Have dined at Bernini several times now and all wonderful!! Was there on Thursday evening with our family, nine of us... celebrating birthdays. Everything from beverages, appetizers, meals and desserts was fabulous!!! Our family came from Alaska,Texas and Virginia and all agreed it is one of the best restaurants they have been to! We have dined several times at this wonderful restaurant. Due to its size, it is often fully booked. It is booked because the... food is EXCELLENT!! The staff works incredibly hard and does it?s best to accommodate anyone without a reservation and often wecan wait a bit and grab a bar seat for dinner. This was a truly wonderful experience. (Reservations required) Greeted and seated immediately we had a very cozy spot with a... view of the bar area as well as the patio. The energy was wonderful. We chose martini's that were delicious-one traditionaland one honey lavender lemon drop. Generous and delightful. Our server was animated and knowledgeable and made some greatsuggestions. We definitely opted for the special appetizer of a garlic feta with toast points that was perfect. For entrees wechose the highly recommended Wagu filet (medium rare) and the 1/2 roasted chicken with sides of brussel sprouts and risotto. All delicious! We opted for a classic tiramisu with two expresso martinis which paired beautifully! The owner warmly greetedus and chatted for a moment, the staff was pleasantly attentive and we truly had an enjoyable and memorable experience. Thedecor was clean, crisp and classic with great ambiance. There is no question why Bernini's is a popular MUST! It was a perfectway to celebrate a full day on the lake and 3 decades of friendship.
