Went to this McDonald's about 11:00 on Saturday night yes my own problem for going that late. But I had to bring a friend of... mine home to Laconia that night after a visit but we waited over 20 minutes for our food in the lobby then our food was cold thefries were overcooked and hard same with the chicken nuggets then we ordered McFlurries which took another 15 minutes which wasabsolutely disgusting look like nobody had cleaned it for hours I understand the Staffing is rough we were the only ones in thelobby for the drive-thru was a little busy. but for us to wait that long for food I think I would at least got fresh fries wegot the two cheeseburger 20 nugget two medium fry meal and any basically anything and Did We complain no it's just not happycustom Read more

I give up with this place! I?m done! Today at 1pm the lady in the drive thru canning comprehend how to use the codes from the... app! I gave her the benefit of the doubt but this is my 10 time interacting with other her and still don?t know how to use it!!!!!! Then gives u an attitude like the customer is bothering her!!!!!!! Disappointing. I've been to Micky D's at least 1000 times without exaggeration. Went yesterday at 12:30. Wow , no line at the... drive thru. Ordered a "2C", large with a diet coke. She obviously misunderstood, as she told me my quarter piunder meal wouldbe 0ver $21. I told her she made a mistake. I went to the pay window. She needed a manager to fix. That told 4 min, 34 sec. Went to pick up the food, and they handed me my soda, and was told to pull up and wait. I had frozen food in the car, so I wasworried about time on this hot day. I looked behind me, and the line was now 7 cars deep. They were all getting their foodthough. Finally, after 12 more minutes, I went inside. The 'runner' sad she was doing the best she could. I asked her to giveme anything that was ready. He said she could do that. I said keep it, and walked out. I can't spend 17 minutes at McDonaldsto get Fast food. Not a happy customer!! I bought 2 big mac meals and 2 separate big macs I start driving to pull over and check bag they only... gave me to 2 big mac meals with drinks I went back in line through drive thru and said you did not give me 2 big macs you onlygave me the big mac meals so they give the 2 big macs and said they are free I get home and pull food out they gave me 2 bigmacs plain I did not ask for plain I check my slip they had charged me total for the 2 big mac meals and the 2 separate big macsso how was the 2 separate big macs free? and on top it they heard wrong and gave me the 2 plain ones and the #'s on receiptdon't even match on the 2 big macs that they forgot to top it of all our fries were stone cold by time I got home which I am 7min away from you this is not the first time this has happened with not getting the whole order in bag or mix it up liketonight.
