Called in for delivery, told they dont deliver to my address as it was over 30 minutes round trip. Drove over to get spagetti... w/sausage, took 8 minutes to get there. Got food drove home, took 8 minutes so total 16 minutes round trip. Opened up my entreeand no sausage. Called to let them know, told will send credit to my phone number, now 2 days later and nothing. i will not evergo back as this came highly recommended but major disappointment. Read more
New to the area. First time there. My fried claim, scallops & onion rings were delicious, tender, not too greasy. Although they... were super busy, my order was on time when I arrived to pick it up and everyone was friendly. Will def go back. Read more
Amazing food, amazing people, and an amazing time every time you go to this place and if you don't feel like going out you can... always have it delivered and one of their spectacular delivery drivers will show up in a flash and you'll be surprised becauseyou weren't expecting the food to be delivered so quick. The drivers are very friendly whenever I've encountered any of them.One particular driver Jasmine is absolutely amazing and super friendly!!! The owner is one of the hardest working guys I'veever met and it shows because this place is his baby and he treats it just like one making sure to take care of every littleminute detail making the place one of the best places to eat in The lakes region... I suggest you try the chicken bacon ranchpizza or perhaps you're more of a chicken tender person whatever you like I guarantee this place has it and everything is madeto order nice and fresh... The only downside is how busy they get sometimes on the weekends or Friday nights but it's definitelyworth standing in line or waiting. Definitely the best pizza I've had in a long time. We called to order steak bombs on a Saturday an hour before the place closes but were told they don?t make steak subs after 9.... Due to making sure staff get home on time. Never heard of a food establishment closing down the grill an hour early and onlychoosing certain items to sell for the last hour. We however ordered from Lakeside and were shown how steak bombs aremade!!! This place used to be GREAT! Ever since it changed hands it has gone down hill. Portion sizes, quality, customer service- etc. The new owners didn?t earn the 4.5 stars it does have on Google, riding the coat tails of the previous owners. I wouldn?tgive them any stars! And how they respond to customer reviews is way out of line. Read more
Inviting place as we watched the staff warmly greet many regulars who walked in. The fried seafood is perfectly fried, not too... much, not too little. It is also very clean, not greasy. Drew was very kind and went out of his way to make our meal a greatexperience. Read more
Ordered buffalo wings and a bacon burger. Bacon burger came with. No lettuce or tomato. Wings came breaded and no buf sauce, not... to mention didn?t receive the blue cheese to go with it. Not to mention the 35 minute wait was more an hour wait for somelackluster meal. Will not be returning for business and wont recommend. Read more
Pleasantly surprised at this restaurant the other night. My husband had ordered the fried clam and scallops and the portion size... was huge and very tasty. I ordered the Greek salad and the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The owner was very nice and cameover and talked to us . South End also sells an amazing Baklava made by the owners mother. The food was great and the priceswere good . I am already planning a visit back. They also offer delivery, take out and eat in. Read more
