I must say, this taco bell keeps me coming back simply due to the high quality, friendly customer service from start to finish.... They are ALWAYS so patient and kind! They have put a smile on my face for YEARS of coming here. I visit so many stores in thearea (including ones that aren't regarding ordering food) and taco bell employees (HANDS DOWN) have the best customer servicearound. No matter what day, what time of day, whomever is at the window and over the speaker, they are always consistent, and Ihave to assume it starts with leadership there. This is the most outstanding Taco Bell in the entire country I have never had a better experience before. The guy on the... ordering systems voice sounded like a radio show host I thought it was a recording until I went around to the window to meethim. This is a really good Taco Bell. The food is always fresh, there is rarely a line, and they always get my somewhat annoyingly... complicated order correct. We live just a few minutes from the Tilton TB but go out of our way to this one because everythingabout it is so much better. The staff are also always friendly as well. Read more

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for this place?. This was one of the best Taco Bell?s I?ve been too. 5/5 for... cleanliness. 5/5 for the food. And 5/5 for the staff. Our food was ready super fast, the whole order was spot on, and it wasdelicious. The cleanest Taco Bell I ever ever been to with polite competent staff. Will come again! Read more

3 stars because I have to have a phone or computer to order an item that isn't on the menu, yet I can get it order online, yet... when jill is working she'll do it. Also most of the time they forget add the hot sauces and the hard tacos come out soggy yetthat never happens at the Concord location. I was going to do 3 stars yet changed to two cause my tacos & quesadilla is soggya.f I wish I could show the sogginess through pictures. Read more
They are always so nice at this location! I ordered ahead with the app, and it was super easy! When I arrived I just let them... know my name at the drive through speaker. They even offer water & ice through the app. I love ice, so for me this is a hugebonus. We had soft tacos & an order of the nachos. We all enjoyed our meal & would definitely go back.
