Let's step it UP Basken Robin's. It's been years but this hot day I was driving by and ice cream was a welcomed treat. Though I... am not a big fan of hard ice cream, this stuff was melting and soft like a I had to be in a race to eat it. If I did not eatsuper fast I'd have soup for ice cream. Please do something about the Quality control or you will close. This generation wantsquality with service and a good price...make it such and it's a win win. Maybe time to close up shop or come to 2020. Betterchoices for health conscious peeps too, would help. Read more
Terrible service, mushy ice cream, and lack of basic decency, with 31 flavors. So, if you get an ice cream cone, should it be so... warm and melty that it just slops right off the cone the 2 seconds after you walk out the door? Let me say I love ice cream. Baskin-Robbins makes it easy to get something you would like. They offer you free tastes of... different kinds of ice cream. After all, they have 31 flavors. I get a two scoops on a cone, unless it is very hot outside, thenI get them in a cup. I came here the other day specifically to purchase a Steve Funko Pop from Stranger Things. They opened at 11 and they luckily... had a whole case of them. An employee went to ring me up when the price was more than double what it was advertised as. Itshould have been $12.99, when it was showing as $24.99. Me and another customer both noticed this issue. The employee dideverything he could to make things right, and I would give him 5 starts if I could. Kudos to him. He called the manager of thestore which then told him the prices were correct, when in fact they were not. I know there was not much the employee could doand I do thank him for everything however, the manager lied and marked up the prices of these items to make a profit forherself. It's business practices like this that are uncalled for and will make you loose a lifelong customer. I wish I couldgive negative stars. Read more

It is a typical Baskin Robbins but it doesn't seem to be maintained to well. They recently had a freezer break and didn't deal... with it for at least a month. They left out experimental or seasonal flavors as opposed to loading the working freezer withpopular flavors. It is also too small for the area. I consistently see them overwhelmed with all the children in the area. Not abad store, just go during off peak hours. Read more
Had the best God damn scoop of ice cream served by Hannah! (Full disclosure I do not know her from Adam). She was polite. On top... of it she was quick to make my special request. If I owned a vaskin Robbins she would be made manager on day one! Read more
This Baskin Robbins location continuously gives one scoop of ice cream when two are paid for via DoorDash. In addition, special... instructions are constantly disregarded or never read at all. It appears this location may be trying to save money by shortingserving sizes. Read more
