Spur of the moment decision to stop by Bkl Burgrz this past Saturday, late afternoon. The patio was just too inviting! We were... greeted by the manager/owner (?) and his witty sense of humor. We really enjoyed the house chips while going over the menu. Theburgers were cooked as requested and not a crumb was left on our plates. The meat was wonderful! Our son chose this spot for his birthday dinner. Ummmm . . . check (yourself BLK) please. Your veggie burger was inedible slop,... the tuna stackers sat uneaten, your $12 + beers and 30 GLASSES of wine cannot justify a cute outdoor environment. Service wasawkward, and after effective communication they still didn’t take the bad burger off the check! And no birthday ???? dessert???????? In Ladera, if you have a good spot it’s packed. I should have known when we rolled up on a Friday night at 7 with noreservation and it was completely empty. Gréât opportunity for the next owners! I give them six months tops. Read more

Tonight was first time at blk burgers. We just moved to Ladera Ranch and love to check out the local restaurants. The service... and the food were amazing, our waitress was wonderful.
