I complained about this about 3 months ago. I went to the counter to get a coffee refill. Several associates just walked past... me not even acknowledging I was waiting for assistance. Waited at least 5 minutes until I asked for assistance. Like I saidbefore the staff gives the drive through customers more attention than to the dine in customers. This is the Kadera RanchMcDonalds. I usually come to this location every 3 months or so because my daughter?s foot specialist is located nearby. ( we live about 2... hours away) every time I come, I?ve always had a very good experience. However, today was possibly the BEST one. I was walkingin with my daughter (she?s a year old) the manager, I think he was one, was walking our same way, but walked a bit faster andopened the door and waited for us to come inside! That was very helpful, especially because both of my arms were busy. Then,while in the play place, we met Nubia. She was so kind and so hard working! They do their best to keep the place so clean. Thehigh chairs looked cleaner than my baby?s chair at home, no offense to me! ???? She was so sweet to my little girl as well andensured everything was nice and clean for us. There was also a gentleman with glasses who was constantly cleaning as well but Ididn?t get to ask his name. But I am so thankful to see such a great team. I thanked Nubia for her hard work and efforts tokeep us feeling good here and she reversed Uno on me and told ME thank you for just being there!! Wow, talk about A+ kindness!Overall, great service and customer care. We will probably ALWAYS come here after each doctor visit. Lol Read more
I just left this McDonald's and had the worst service ever! I stood at the counter to get a gift card and all the employees just... stood there and looked at me? I literally stood there for about 7min getting Annoyed and then this employee slowly staggeredover like I was such a bother for her, she was slow as dirt!!! Never smiled or said hello? All she said was "what can I getyou" They didn't have any gift cards, So she had to tell another guy to go get some he handed her a pack of brand new gift cardsand she took her sweet time opening up the package Never smiled, never was personable no Urgency at all. Consistency says it all. You know what to expect: the menu, the quality of their food, very clean facilities. And, not to... mention... the French Fries!! Definitely the BEST and most consistent in the industry. Read more
Every time I go through the drive-thru something is always missing or done wrong. Either no condiments or a wrong sizing but... this is a first time I got a burger with no meat. Convenient reciepts are by request only. Read more
