When this Ladera location first opened ? we had never been to a restaurant like this; the customer service was so amazing &... thorough helping us pick the best combination! Since the food was fresh, delicious, reasonably priced along with the customerservice experience; I have been a repeat customer. Today, I ordered online from them which gets contracted through door dash - Iwanted an update on my food so I called, the door dash driver picked up my food a long time ago; however, did not make it to me.( BUMMER. ) This is in NO WAY, Pokeworks fault; yet, they were so genuine in assisting the situation, remade my order and helpedme promptly get a fresh/delicious lunch.
